Naturally, there was a slowdown during the Stay-at-Home period. Built up demand, limited inventory and historically low interest rates should support increased sales activities as we enter Safer at Home Phase 2. Stay focused on your business building activities and continue to plant seeds each day. The time you have invested nurturing your database will pay off in the months ahead. Your efforts are already evident! Since March, our company has collectively increased the number of Auto-flow postcards sent by our sales associates by 326%. Way to go! With Safer at Home Phase 2, our primary concern continues to be the health and well-being of our people, our clients and the community at large. We led the way with a temporary teleworking business model to ensure the health and well-being of our team and the community at large. Our significant investments in technology and training have allowed our sales associates to continue providing the highest level of service to clients while being mindful of everyone's safety.

We attribute this to our sales associates? commitment to exceed expectations and their ability to redefine the home buying and selling experience through effective education and coaching programs, our streamlined full service model powered by mortgage, title and insurance companies and the highest level of marketing and technology support available.
OUR COMMITMENT TO OUR COMMUNITIES We are committed to supporting local organizations to help improve the quality of life for all of our neighbors who live across North Carolina. In 2019, we donated 2,806 backpacks though our Backpack 2 School program and donated 73,594 meals to our local food banks.
We introduced daily live virtual training opportunities led by in-house instructors, as well as website, virtual tour, and digital advertising enhancements to better serve our clients in the COVID-19 environment.
OUR FOCUS ON OUR COMMUNITIES Our primary focus for charitable giving is our local food banks. We developed a marketing campaign to promote the virtual food drives happening during this time of need. We also continue to reinforce the importance of staying in touch with our friends, family and clients during this time to check in and provide support to those around us.
REFINED SKILLS As we resume on-site operations, our sales associates will be even more equipped to leverage the latest tools and technology as a result of the time they invested in daily learning opportunities to perfect their craft.
STRONGER RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR COMMUNITIES AND EACH OTHER The time we spent connecting with our colleagues via Zoom and the impromptu chats with our neighbors during an afternoon walk have renewed our focus on supporting each other and our communities.
