I grew up in a sports family and with a father who was a professional athlete in Baseball and Basketball and a husband who played and coached at a Collegiate/ Division 1 level. Being an athlete myself and being surrounded by athletes and coaches has been a great foundation for encouraging, guiding, teaching others to achieve their own personal greatness. This has become my coaching philosophy.
