My son has a love of theater and is involved with an amazing local youth theater group. So, we spend a lot of time at rehearsals and catching live shows. During the summer months we tend to spend our free time with friends near water either at my mother’s pool or one of beautiful lakes in Moore County.

As a local, it makes me proud to say that our firm has had a presence in Southern Pines and Pinehurst since the late 80’s as Gouger, O’Neil & Saunders Real Estate. Evolving to Prudential and eventually converting to Berkshire Hathaway in 2014. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Pinehurst Realty Group joined the BHHS Carolina’s family of companies in 2017. Our founders and agents have, over the years, been involved with shaping Moore County in many ways from neighborhood outreach, charitable endeavors, and leadership roles within our local government. We have a hometown feel with agents who support each other and the community they serve.

WHY DO YOU BELIEVE THAT COACHING IS AN IMPORTANT PART OF SUCCESS? Coaching is such an important part of success because the foundation an agent lays in their business can last for years. It allows agents to become intentional with their business planning and philosophy. Coaching helps both new and veteran agents successfully market their listings and attract buyers, because it helps to formulate a concrete business plan. Coaching helps agents to focus on their goals. It helps them recognize the strategies that are working for their business and the strategies may only be a negative cost for their business.

WHAT TYPE OF EDUCATION & TRAINING ARE AVAILABLE TO YOUR SALES ASSOCIATES What amazes me about BHHS is there is training always available, no matter what you would like to learn about. First and foremost, we’re a Ninja company. All new agents go through a 4-day installation to really get them on the path to success. In support of that, all our live ReDefine classes are recorded and available to watch anytime. Our IN HOUSE ATTOURNEY keeps up current with regular legal updates and I offer individual coaching & in office training on more local matters. Of course, agents can pick up the phone and ask our amazing admins and managers for help and it’s given within minutes! The most special type of training to me is the knowledge and bouncing of ideas that happens between our agents. Our agents truly work as a unified group sharing their trial and errors and their successes!

My core business values are accountability, quality, integrity, and trust. These four qualities shape who I am as an agent and a Broker in charge. I want the agents and clients in my sphere to know that I’m accountable. Lastly, my agents know my focus is on their success by being dedicated to training, coaching, and being a mentor and friend to our agents.
