Once the new sales associate signs an independent contractor agreement, you are eligible to earn 1% of the new hire’s closed Gross Commission Income (less referral fees, discounts/rebates/concessions and franchise fees).

If the new associate makes at least $50,000 in closed Gross Commission Income in the first 12 months, you will receive an additional 1% bonus during that period.
