After the initial 30 days, your Warranty Manager takes over, handling any further requests with a commitment to prompt and thorough communication. Emergency requests are prioritized, while regular requests are addressed within 14 days. We want to ensure that your new home meets your expectations and that any concerns are resolved quickly and effectively.

At the final stage of construction, a TexEnergy Solutions inspector reviews all aspects of the space, including roofing, masonry, flatwork, landscaping, fencing, fascia, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, interior finishes and flooring. The inspector sends us a detailed report featuring images and descriptions of each item inspected. Any and all issues are resolved.
