Meet chef-proprietor Simon Taxacher – a man at the top of his game and the culinary ladder, hailed as a leading gastronomic talent in central Europe. This young and dynamic local boy makes regular appearances on national TV, and is a member of the prestigious Grands Chefs Relais & Châteaux and Les Grandes Tables du Monde associations. In November 2013 the authoritative Gault Millau guide awarded him the highest possible rating: 4 toques and 19 points.
