Families & Children Fiss-Ladis-Serfaus – the small villages mean great holiday fun for children. To prove it, they have been awarded Tyrol Family Village certification. Only a select few villages in Tyrol have received this award, which gives parents the assurance that their children really are in good hands.
All around Lake ‘Wolfsee’ in Fiss The new cycle path for the entire family follows a harmonious route through gentle, hilly landscape. It is a real treat even just for the eyes: deciduous and lark forests interspersed with meadows and fields of flowers, there is just so much flora to admire and the mountain tops are reflected in the clear water of the lake. The entire path is wide and secure which makes it perfectly safe for families with buggies or even people in wheelchairs. For your pleasure along the way there are little resting places: around 40 comfortable, ergonomic loungers, hammocks, hanging chairs or rocking chairs invite ramblers to intensively enjoy nature and just sit back and let the mountains reveal their magic.
‘WODEWELT’ LADIS
‘Serfauser Sauser’ Hurtling down at a height of 85 metres and a speed of 65 kilometres/hour high above the hikers’ heads is a very appealing pastime. The ‘Serfauser Sauser’ (a zipline attraction) is as unusual as it is exhilarating. Well-secured and looked after by trained guides, guests whizz down through 4 stations from the Sunliner mountain station to the ‘Komperdellbahn’ valley station.
A new mythical trail with the ‘Wodewelt’ installations. The idea behind this stems from the myth, ‘How the paradise seeds came to Ladis’ of the famous story teller, Christian Stefaner. There is a saga that tells how, once upon a time, the giant ‘Wode’ from the nearby Urg valley was so angered by the affection that a magician enjoyed in the village that he fought him. Both sank down into the village pond and were never seen again. To bring the magic of this saga back to life, the ‘Woden’ Theme Park was set up around the pond of Neuegg in Ladis. All the theme elements were created on a giant scale. There are, for instance, a three-metre toadstool, a two-and a-half metre ant and a four metre earthworm.

Toboggan enthusiasts are in for a lot of surprises as they zoom down the mountain on the summer toboggan ‘Fisser Flitzer’ at up to 45 kilometres/hour along the 2.2 kilometre track, a difference in altitude of 370 metres.
The ‘Fisser Flieger’ doesn’t just give you an adrenalin shot it also brings Icarus back to life. In the kite-like ride, four passengers can simultaneously enjoy the wind rushing by their ears. At heights of between 8 and 47 metres the guests simply fly down, well-secured at speeds of up to 80 kilometres/hour over the Möseralm Fiss.
Not for the timid – the Skyswing is located at an altitude of just under 2,000 metres. 12 metres of free fall, at a speed of 65 kilometres/hour – in the giant swing up to 6 guests can all experience the feeling of weightlessness for just a few moments.

Our unique alpine SUPER.SUMMER. CARD entitles you to a host of holiday attractions in Fiss-Ladis-Serfaus – and all free of charge! When you stay at the Hotel Tirol, you are given the SUPER.SUMMER.CARD in exchange for your guest card. It entitles you to complimentary use of all 7 cable cars and the hikers’ bus between the villages of Fiss, Ladis and Serfaus. And even your children as well (from age 3 upwards!) take part in the great full-day entertainment programmes in the Serfaus ‘Murmli-Club’, the Fisser ‘Mini & Maxi Club’ or are looked after in the ‘Murmlikrippe’ nursery. Adults are spoilt for choice as there are 12 (!) guided tours every week!

03.07. | 17.07. | 31.07. | 14.08. | 28.08. | 11.09. Under the slogan ‘Tyrolean and Culinary’, a ‘Festival around the Fountain’ is staged every second Tuesday. From 6.30pm on young and old come together around the village fountain, by the music pavilion in the centre of the village of Fiss. Enjoy the last rays of the evening sunshine and treat yourself to the culinary delights of Fiss with a wealth of Tyrolean specialities. Experience Tyrol at first hand when the band and the dancers in traditional costumes arrive at 8pm followed by the entertainment programme. As an alternative to the traditional music, there is a DJ in the pavilion and you can even get up on stage and join in the karaoke. For children there are fun and games in the ‘Mini & Maxi Club’. Adolescents can try out a cool, sporty taster programme encompassing all aspects of bikes, e-bikes, Segway & Co.
Theme night ‘Alpenglow’ on the Möseralm Fiss 26.06. | 24.07. | 07.08. | 04.09. Experience, discover, be enthralled, enjoy – these are just some of the sensations that will be prompted by the programme of the Fiss theme night for all ages. Numerous performers, technicians and staff will join forces to offer you the perfect show. Be ready for surprises and wonderful impressions. The music group Fiss will present its finest pieces to you during the show. The entire performance will be broadcast on a super-sized screen. Before and after the show the ‘Fisser Flieger’, Skyswing or ‘Fisser Flitzer’ are the guarantee for even more fun and thrills. The entire Summer Fun Park is open from 6pm to 11pm. The Möseralm boasts a culinary treasure trove and is the perfect place to sit and chat.
Mountain summer night with a summer night’s show in Serfaus at the Komperdell 05.07. | 19.07. | 02.08. | 16.08. | 30.08. An emotional, joyful yet, at the same time, action-packed show will delight you as a spectator and ensure you are privy to unique moments in Serfaus.
Long Night in Serfaus 21.06. | 28.06. | 12.07. | 26.07. | 09.08. | 23.08. Come and enjoy the ‘Long Night’ in the village centre of Serfaus with street musicians, clowns, jugglers and magicians. Treat yourself to the delights of Serfaus gastronomy with ‘Kiachln’ pastries, long drinks, wines, barbecue, steaks and so much more or taste the local specialities and products straight from the farmers. The Serfaus craft offerings and shopping up to 10pm round off the ‘Long Night’.

Savour a sophisticated six-course menu in the luxurious pleasure gondola of the ‘Schönjochbahn’ in Fiss. Aperitifs and appetisers are served in the ‘BergDiamant’ restaurant. Then you climb into the specially prepared Pleasure Gondola and embark on four round trips on the Schönjoch cable railway. For the fourth time already, we utterly pamper our guests during ‘Genussherbst’ in Fiss-Ladis-Serfaus with all sorts of (culinary) art. This culinary experience offers a programme of different events every day with wine tastings, musical offerings and pleasant walks true to the motto – ‘A holiday that you can taste, smell, feel and touch’. To ensure that you can take home a taste of Tyrol from the autumn festival, you can collect points by participating in the individual events.
