● Mobile phones: to ensure that the jSPA’s tranquil atmosphere is undisturbed, please switch off your mobile phones.

● Children under the age of 15: children can enjoy unrestricted access to the pools, however they have no access to VITALITY WORLD, SPA CHALET or Fit & Fun area.

● Pool baskets & bathrobes: the pool basket in your room contains towels as well as a fluffy bathrobe and slippers. Towels are also available in the pool area.
