Whether your aim is to increase endurance, boost coordination, build muscle or reduce fat, Niklas will create a programme tailored to your needs, supporting you with effective exercise instructions and expert tips to help you reach your personal goals.

jTIP: Before your induction to the fitness area, you will be asked to complete and sign a questionnaire about your objectives, current health issues/illnesses and medication (e.g. for high blood pressure), including a self-appraisal of your activity level. Your personalised training and coaching plan is devised according to your completed questionnaire.

jFIT personal training Firstly, Niklas Sanin assesses your fitness. This consists of tests of muscle flexibility and muscle strength to analyse leg and core muscles, after which a personalised treatment and fitness plan is created for you. The strength test assesses maximum strength and hypertrophy and is conducted with our TechnoGym equipment. Once tested, we can classify you as at beginner, intermediate, advanced or competitive athlete level. Endurance tests can be done on the treadmill or bike (Cooper or ergometer). jFIT gym The ideal place for a workout with state-of-the-art equipment. Morning exercises Exercising releases happiness hormones and brightens the mood, so exercising first thing in the morning is the perfect start to your day. Tabata training Tabata is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that can really help improve your performance. Circuit training This form of fitness training offers variety, increases strength and endurance, improves coordination and trains the whole body. Fit gymnastics Trains strength, flexibility and coordination with targeted exercises for the whole body. Resistance band fitness Places high demands on your ability to balance. Isolated muscle training with single-joint exercises or multi-joint complex movements with whole muscle groups – you choose the level of resistance. Coordination and balance Coordination training reduces the risk of injury, improves performance and challenges your brain!

Legs, bums and tums Very popular with women, this workout focuses on these muscle groups and gets you closer to your dream body. Bodyweight workout Effective training does not have to entail lots of kit. We show you how to exercise without equipment or weights. Back pain prevention/back exercises Niklas Sanin studies you from a variety of angles (ventral, lateral and dorsal) to identify possible misalignments of the spine or pelvis, before suggesting a set of exercises to improve your posture. Aqua Fit Aqua Fit is gentle on your joints and great for metabolic and cardiovascular health. Suitable as preventive therapy, for rehabilitation or endurance training, Aqua Fit also burns more calories than jogging! Spinning Endurance exercise with a 100% fun factor and all-round functionality. Trains thighs, calves and glutes. Our spinning room is at your disposal from 7am to 8pm. 6

jFIT outdoor Running/running ABC Learn basic techniques to improve your running style and minimise injury risk. Run lighter, faster and injury-free – running instructor Niklas Sanin shows you how! Nordic walking Compared to walking without poles, Nordic walking is 50% more efficient. In addition to thighs and calves, this form of exercise trains glutes, arm, shoulder and back muscles. And the harder the workout, the greater the calorie consumption.

Tennis Our joint-friendly quartz-sand tennis courts are adjacent to our expansive sunbathing lawn, and are free of charge. To book a court, please contact reception. Let us know if you require the services of our tennis instructor, Julia Hoch. With expert tips and tricks, she will help you achieve the perfect serve! Rackets and balls are available to hire from reception free of charge. 7

StuBike & Hike Cycle ride 720km and up to 13,000m elevation gain on cycle paths in the valley, e-bike tours, Alpine challenges, cycling climbs, singletracks, racing bike routes ... whether you’re a leisure cyclist or an adrenaline junkie, like to ride with the family or on your own, Stubai is the biking region for you! jTIP: Information about cycling and bike touring is available from reception, and you can hire e-bikes from the Jagdhof.

Guided hikes Discover Stubai’s natural diversity, recharge your batteries and climb to the summit of joy on our guided family, culinary and adventure hikes. 850km of hiking trails await!

Relaxation and mobility

Relaxation and mobility exercises are ideal for relieving tension, sore muscles and hyperextension, or simply to help you settle and calm. Mobilisation exercises Stimulating muscles, tendons and joints, and activating the nervous system, these exercises promote flexibility and help prevent tension. They are also ideal for a warm-up before more strenuous activity. Stability training Stability training is primarily about exercising and strengthening the small muscles that stabilise the body. The objective is to improve athletic performance and reduce the risk of injuries.

Relaxation class Learn to let go of physical and mental tension, and relax properly. Relaxation instructor Niklas Sanin helps you explore the best recovery strategy for you, teaching you how you can restore strength.
