CHLOE YOUNG CAPTAIN

This week is all about learning from mistakes, showing character to bounce back after last weeks disappointment.

We don’t feel we gave the best account of ourselves against Huddersfield, they were a good team but we know we didn’t perform anywhere near where we know we can and should be.

We showed character to respond to conceding an early goal, got back in the game shortly before half time and were on the up. This week we need to make sure we take our chances and are up for the fight as I’m sure Stoke will be.

Training has been as intense as ever, this group of players continue to push and challenge each other to become the best version of themselves and it’s such a positive environment to be in, I feel so lucky to be a part of it. We’ve spent a lot of time together over the past few weeks, I think as we grow you’ll start to see greater understanding and relationships being built all over the pitch which is exciting to.
