General Information Which room will I be in? The display screen in the Executive Education lobby (Floor plan ref. A) will detail where your module is being held. The Executive Education Centre has four lecture rooms – see enclosed floor plan.
Where are the toilets? These are located on the ground floor and there is wheelchair access (Floor plan ref. B).
Where can I get refreshments? There are three drink dispensers located in the centre on the ground floor (Floor plan ref. B & C). Whilst visiting Executive Education for modules, refreshments are freely available to all delegates. Lunch is generally included for Executive Education students. This will normally be provided either in the Centre’s cafe area (Floor plan ref. C) on the ground floor or in one of the dining facilities on campus.
Can I smoke? Smoking is not permitted in any part of the School. Cigarette waste bins are positioned near School entrances / exits, but visitors are requested not to smoke within 3 metres of the building and / or near windows to staff offices on the ground floor.
What about Wi Fi? • The weekly imago Wi Fi code is available and will be displayed separately in this pack or in your course room. • IT helpdesk located in Pilkington Library (building no. 24 on campus map), main floor. There are also PC Clinics available online via the University’s website: www.lboro.ac.uk/services/it/student/help/
In the event of an Emergency Fire: If you discover a fire: • Sound alarm • Operate nearest fire alarm call point • Telephone internal emergency number 888 or 0800 5526966 (Freephone) if using outside line or mobile phone. In the event of a delay call 999 for the Fire Service giving correct location of the building (School of Business & Economics, Sir Richard Morris, building no. 76 on campus map) • Do not attack fire with extinguisher unless trained to do so
Alarm tests: • Regular alarm tests are conducted on Tuesdays at 12.00pm If you hear the alarm: • Evacuate building and go to assembly point – your assembly point is the School car park • When alarm is given, do not panic, do not run • Do not re-enter the building unless told to do so by the Fire Marshall or the Fire Service

Security: Please be aware that during office hours the Centre is open access. Personal possessions and equipment should not be left unattended. Out and about on Campus Where can I park? Parking for staff and students is available at the front of the School on a ‘first come first served basis’. There is additional parking adjacent to the area. Students are required to obtain and display a visitor’s pass. These are available from the security gates, located at either the Epinal Way or Holywell Way entrances to campus.

Shops on campus • Students’ Union building (building no. 86 on campus map) has the following outlets: • The LSU Shop is your local shop on the ground floor of the Students’ Union selling meal deals, snacks, confectionery, grocery, household & toiletries, fresh fruit & vegetables, fresh chilled & frozen food, a large range of Oriental food, soft drinks & alcohol, Lufbra memorabilia, stationery, newspapers & magazines, greetings cards, etc. • Hairdressers • Opticians • Chemist • Bar • EHB shop (building no. 62 on campus map)

Transport on campus (and into town centre) The popular ‘Sprint’ bus operated by Kinchbus, travels between the University campus, Loughborough town centre and railway station every 15 minutes until 6:00pm (but less frequently at weekends).
