ENTERPRISE THROUGH THE CURRICULUM
Postgraduate Employability and Achievement Award The Postgraduate Employability and Achievement Award is a framework which accredits your personal and professional development since being at University London. You will have had the opportunity to participate in a number of events and activities as part of ‘Enterprise Through the Curriculum’. By recording and reflecting on these experiences you will be able to demonstrate to others how you have grown as an individual since starting your course. In order to assess, value and articulate your experiences, the skills you have learnt and your achievements, you will need to reflect on: • The opportunities you have engaged in since joining your course • How you have gone above and beyond your academic studies • What you have learnt from your experiences since you have been with Loughborough University London • How this can help you stand out from the crowd and succeed in your future role after graduation On completion of the award you will have recognition from the University of the value you have added to your overall development during your time as a Loughborough University London student. Your submission for the award will be assessed and awarded based on your ability to show: • Completion of both Skills check: Autumn challenges and Skills check: Spring Challenges’ • An awareness of how you are better prepared to pursue your career goals as a result of taking part in range of activities • How well you are able to reflect and act on your Skills Check feedback • The extent to which you have personally developed and how well you are able to communicate this through your submission
