INITIA TIVES
The programme's objective is primarily alumni, current students and companies, the aim being to raise an additional €1 M for scholarships. It includes various initiatives, amongst which the ESADE 1,000 x 1,000 campaign stands out. The latter aims to raise significant contributions from alumni who are highly engaged with ESADE. It also includes collective scholarships promoted by different alumni graduating classes, clubs and international chapters, as well as scholarships created by current student graduating classes in all our programmes. SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AT ESADE: A SHARED PROJECT

MAIN SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PROJECTS ESADE SUD: The University Development Service (SUD) is responsible for coordinating
various collective scholarships enable talented individuals in difficult circumstances to study at ESADE, thanks to donations from students, alumni and companies. During the 2017-2018 academic year, 250 students received scholarships and a total of â‚Ź2.6 million was allocated for this purpose.
RESEARCH WITH SOCIAL IMPACT: ESADE carries out research to improve the knowledge and impact of organisations on the creation of sustainable, social, environmental and economic value, as well as the influence of responsible leadership.
BIG CHALLENGES-SOCIAL DEBATE SERIES:
The Big Challenges activities are intended to enhance general knowledge on major global trends and to raise awareness on related challenges.

SCOLARSHIP PROGRAMME: Initiatives like the Future Scholarship, 1,000 x 1,000 and

and promoting university development cooperation at ESADE. To date, the service has organised more than 400 projects with the participation of more than 700 students.

MAIN SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PROJECTS SOLIDARITY DAY: The ESADE community holds this annual event to
concerns of members of the ESADE community or external suppliers who claim to have observed behaviours that are out of step with ESADE’s values and orientations or which contravene agreements signed by ESADE and reflected in the institution’s Code of Conduct.
#ESADEGOESPINK: This campaign is designed to raise awareness about the importance of research on breast cancer and rare diseases.

OMBUDSMAN: The function of the Ombudsman is to address the

encourage interest in building a better world. The most recent edition of Solidarity Day, which focused on climate change and the circular economy, featured the participation of 80 members of the academic community.

MAIN SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PROJECTS SOCIAL ACTION PROGRAMME: The Social Action Programme, open to
standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), which aims to promote a sustainable global economy in which organisations manage their economic, social and environmental achievements – and their impacts – responsibly and with transparent reporting.
ESADE GREEN RULES: These best practices, linked to the Sustainable Development Goals, are designed to raise awareness in the community about issues related to environmental improvement.
