19+ Advanced Learner Loan
You may be able to access funding support through an Advanced Learner Loan for some of our courses. Our CMI Level 3 Diploma in Principles of Management and Leadership and Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership may qualify for an Advanced Learner Loan. The loans are available to people aged 19 and over, cover tuition fees and are paid back once the course is completed and you are earning more than £27,295 a year.

Our Sparsholt Journey
Enham Trust is a disability charity based in Hampshire that supports people to live, work and enjoy life to the full, as independently as possible. Throughout our 100-year history we have provided vital care and support to over 250,000 individuals with wide ranging physical and learning disabilities.
We are very committed to our staff development and were therefore very pleased to discover Sparsholt Business and its range of business courses.
Every course that we have undertaken with Sparsholt was really well organised and brilliantly delivered. As well as being provided with essential key knowledge, all our staff on the training courses were able to take something away and use it in their day-to-day roles. The content of the courses was prepared in a way that was manageable, clear and easy to take in. Along with this, there were resources in the form of workbooks and fact sheets to solidify the learning and knowledge. When training was delivered at our premises, each trainer arrived within plenty of time and came fully prepared with everything they needed. When our staff attended courses at Andover Campus, the staff were extremely welcoming and informative, and ensured the courses ran smoothly.
All of the trainers at Sparsholt are fantastic. They clearly have a wealth of knowledge in their own fields, and this really helped when learners had different questions. They were all very friendly, engaging, and great to listen to and learn from.
We were blown away by the incredible variety of the courses that Sparsholt has to offer. As an organisation with diverse interests, it’s important to us that we find training providers who have an assortment of offerings and Sparsholt have been a real asset in that way, helping us to develop our training plans here at Enham Trust.
