The mission of the Mt. Adams Chamber of Commerce is to “Promote business involvement to enhance a vibrant community”.

On behalf of the Board of Directors, staff and myself, welcome to the Mt. Adams Chamber of Commerce Member Directory. The mission of the Mt. Adams Chamber of Commerce is to “Promote business involvement to enhance a vibrant community”. We strive to represent, serve and connect our active members to build and sustain a thriving business community. We provide many great benefits for our members with networking, member-only benefits and advocacy being a few of the main areas of focus. Our new website and Chamber Master/ Growth Zone technology allows us to better administer our member’s needs and to serve as the foundation to support you in many other ways. Our leadership role in planning and executing the annual Gorge-ous Night in Olympia event is a example of how we build connections and represent our citizens on a state wide level, while the White Salmon 4th of July Parade is no less important in strengthening relationships in our community. The Art & Wine Fusion will be celebrating 16 years of showcasing our fine local artist, crafts people, wineries, microbrewery, culinary delights and vendors of unique items in a new format at The Society Hotel and new dates of Oct 17 and Nov 21. MACC is looking forward to being able to continue providing this event as a way to bring new visitors into our community. Successful application to Klickitat County Economic Development Department for lodging/ bed tax funds is an important part of our income for operations of the Visitor Center. For 2020, we submitted four applications focused on strong promotion of Klickitat County in the Pacific Northwest region. This multi-layered project is going to be critical in guiding people to the north shore of the Columbia River Gorge and connecting them with information on the variety of unique attractions and destinations to be found here, from one end to the other through the Spread The Love campaign. MACC will host Entrepreneurial and Small Business Roundtables throughout the year to support our existing and upcoming businesses.

Our networking events allow you to connect with other local businesses and community leaders. Come out to one of our monthly chamber Business After Hours where you can tour a local business, sample great food and beverages and mingle with other chamber members and guests. Our Coffee & Tea Connection morning get-together event is growing and provides you an opportunity to build relationships with chamber members and learn more about what is happening. Sponsor one of our events, large or small, and get your logo included in the marketing and more. Your membership gives you many different ways to promote yourself and to make critical connections to further grow and develop your business. It is up to you how much or little you utilize these resources. Give us a call if you would like to know more about any of them.

This directory is a valuable tool for you as a member to assist you in being aware of whom your fellow members are, to be able to contact them with ease and to make sure that you are, whenever possible, doing business with other members. I encourage you to refer to this directory often and remember to “see a member first” as these businesses are most dedicated to making our area the best it can be.
