• 4 c. Original Bisquick Mix • 2 lbs. Pork Sausage • 4 c. Sharp Cheddar Cheese • 1 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese • 3/4 c. Milk

• 1 Egg • 1 tsp. Fiesta Fajita Seasoning • 1 tsp. Garlic Salt • 1 tsp. Favorite BBQ Seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients until everything is combined.

Bake 20-25 minutes or until brown. Turn balls halfway to get brown on both sides.

Cover two sheet pans with parchment paper and heat oven to 350oF. Shape sausage ball mixture into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.

Serve warm with Sauce.

• 2 tbs. Pepper • 2 tbs. Seasoned Pepper • 2 tbs. Milk

Butterfly all 24 peeled and deveined shrimp.

Slice each piece of prosciutto in half long-ways. Place the stuffed shrimp on a half slice of prosciutto and roll the shrimp in the ham. Place each wrapped shrimp on a lined baking sheet.

Brush each wrapped shrimp with melted butter.

Peel and dice potatoes, then place in a large pot of water using just enough water to cover the potatoes.

Cook potatoes until they are fork tender, then drain water. Mash drained potatoes with a potato masher.

Bring water and potatoes to a boil over medium-high heat. After water starts to boil, reduce heat to maintain a rolling boil.

Add the remaining ingredients to the mashed potatoes and mix. Place in serving bowl and serve warm.

Heat snow crab in a 350oF oven for 5 minutes. Remove crab meat from the cluster and finely chop meat. Stuff crab meat inside the butterflied shrimp.

Place in oven and set to broil for 7-9 minutes, or until you can see the shrimp are pink. Remove from oven and arrange on a serving platter.

Mix all of the yam mixture ingredients together. Pour yam mixture into an oven-safe baking dish. Mix glaze ingredients together and pour over the yam mixture. Bake in a 350oF oven for 35-45 minutes.

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel and slice yellow squash crosswise and cook in salty water until only slightly done.

Then, add a layer of chopped onions and a layer of chopped green chilies.

Place squash in a buttered flat casserole dish, and top with layers of cheese in this order: Velveeta, cheese whiz, chopped cheese.

Next, beat 2 eggs and spread evenly over the mixture. Spread 1/2 of 1 can of cream of chicken, and top with breadcrumbs. Place baking dish in oven at 350oF for 30 minutes, or until breadcrumbs are browned.

Cook rice in a pan. Once cooked, set aside. While the rice is cooking, simmer broccoli in a small amount of water in a separate pan until tender. Drain excess water. Combine broccoli, rice, cream of mushroom soup, salt and cheese wiz - then add to the casserole dish. Bake at 350oF for 30 minutes.

Brown, drain and set aside sausage. Butter each slice of bread and place butter-side down in a 9x13x2 -baking dish until bottom of dish is covered.

Mix eggs, milk, cream of mushroom soup, sausage, salt and pepper, mustard and green chilies together. Pour mixture over bread, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Remove from refrigerator, let stand 15 minutes. Bake uncovered, 350o F oven for 40-45 minutes or until eggs are set.

Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted.

Cook grits according to package directions. Pour hot grits in a large bowl and add cheese and green chiles; stir until melted. Set aside. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings; mix well. While stirring, gradually add small amounts of hot grits mixture to egg mixture. Add cooked sausage and stir until well combined. Pour mixture into a 13x9x2-inch and a 9x9 baking dish. Cover dishes and refrigerate overnight. Remove from the refrigerator; let stand for 15 minutes. Bake for 50-55 minutes at 350o and serve with your favorite salsa!

Grease and flour bundt pan and place pecans in pan. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding, rum, water, oil, and eggs. Pour mixture over pecans and bake at 350oF for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. To make the glaze, mix all glaze ingredients in a small pot and boil for 2-3 minutes, mixing frequently. After the cake is cooked, pour glaze over the cake in the pan, let sit for 20 minutes until cake is settled.

Beat egg whites, cream of tartar, and vanilla extract together with a mixer on high speed. Beat until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar as you continue beating ingredients until mixture is shimmery and stiff. Gradually fold the mini M&M’S® into the mixture. Do not over fold because the candy coated coloring will begin to bleed. On a greased cookie sheet, drop by the teaspoon a small dollop of mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes in a 350o F oven. Repeat until there is no more dough.

PIE CRUST Cut in and toss don’t so the dough isn’t too lumpy or too fine. Add 18 tablespoons of cold water. Toss until mixed, then put flour on hand and go around the bowl flipping and turning. Spread dough in pie crust mold and cook in 450o F oven until brown.

PIE MIXTURE In a mixing bowl, sift together chocolate, milk, egg yolks and butter. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, cocoa and sugar. Once combined, add this mixture to the mixture in step one, stirring constantly. Add vanilla to the mixture. Once crust is cool, add mixture to crust and refrigerate until you’re ready to serve. WHIPPING TOPPING Add cold whipped cream to mixer. When almost done, add 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

Pour the melted margarine evenly over the cake mix, and sprinkle with the chopped nuts.

LAYER ONE Mix melted butter, flour and 1 cup of pecans. Mash down to cover the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350o F for 20 minutes; let cool.

LAYER TWO Combine 8 oz of cream cheese, 1 cup of powdered sugar, and 6 oz of cool whip. Spread over the cooled first layer. LAYER THREE Mix Chocolate pudding with 1 3/4 cups of milk. Pour over the 2nd layer.

Line the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish, or your preferred layering dish with 1 bag of cookies and layer sliced bananas on top.

In a large bowl, combine milk and pudding mix using a handheld electric mixer.

In another bowl, combine cream cheese and condensed milk together and mix until smooth.

Fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.

Pour the mixture over the cookies and bananas and cover with the remaining cookies. Unwrap and place 1 Hershey’s Kiss® on top of each cookie.

LAYER FOUR Mix Vanilla pudding with 1 3/4 cups of milk. Pour over the 3rd layer. LAYER FIVE Top with remaining 6 oz of cool whip and sprinkle with remaining pecans.

In another bowl, add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture and stir until well blended.

Refrigerate for 2 hours then to serve.
