Jan Wilking is a skilled entrepreneur, community leader and real estate investor with deep roots in the Park City business community. Jan has successfully invested in Park City real estate for 38 years beginning with his first commercial property purchase on Main Street in 1975. His investments have ranged from office condominiums, apartment building, and mixed used to retail. Jan’s Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Architecture gave him the skills to renovate local historic buildings, develop residential and business condominiums, and consult on large scale real estate development. Jan founded or owned several iconic Park City businesses such as The Park Record newspaper, Park City Magazine and parkcity.com. These businesses thrived for decades under Jan’s skillful management. His involvement with them has also given him the opportunity to interact with the owners of almost every other business in Park City. Jan has been instrumental in the evolution of Park City from a declining mining town in the early 1970s to the premier world class resort it is today. He co-founded and served as president of the Park City Chamber of Commerce/Convention and Visitors Bureau, Park City Rotary Club, Mountain Trails Foundation, and Snyderville Basin Water Reclamation District (of which, he is currently Board Chair). Jan has served on all of the public open space committees in Summit County since their inception twelve years ago. Those committees advised Park City’s and Summit County’s governments on the negotiation and purchase of more than 60 million dollars’ worth of real estate. Further public service includes Park City Councilperson and Mayor-Pro-Tem. In 2006, Jan was awarded the Lifetime Leadership Award for his service and dedication to Park City. After selling his publishing, marketing, and internet companies in 2005, Jan turned his focus exclusively to real estate. He provided private financing for residential projects and commercial real estate developments. In 2007, he began working with distressed real estate by leading a team that took over the management of nine shopping centers, in various stages of development and in need of development approval, tenant negotiations, leasing, and loan restructuring. Jan continues to hone his skills and increase his knowledge through formal education. He earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in early 2010. He regularly participates in symposiums and conferences on distressed real estate. Most recently, he received the International Council of Shopping Centers’ Certificate of Completion for Debt Workout, Transactions and Repositioning of Distressed Assets. William Kranstover has been in the commercial real estate industry within the Park city market for 40 years, developing a wealth of local knowledge and experience in the area. He has an extensive background in appraisals within the same market area. A long standing member of the Park City board of realtors, he was recently awarded the “Meritorious Service Award� in 2011 for his continuous dedication and contributions to his community during his time in Park City. Currently Mr. Kranstover is an associate Broker with Prudential Utah, and is actively listing and selling investment property throughout Summit and Wasatch County. Mr. Kranstover is also a state certified general appraisal specializing in all types of property from single family to subdivisions, office, retail and industrial. Lora Smith comes to the world Commercial Real Estate with an extensive background in the legal field (in Los Angeles) and office/project management. While attending UVU, she served consecutive terms as an Americorps Volunteer managing projects involving the environment and Title 1 schools. After taking time off to start a family, Lora re-joined the workforce as an intern in a large commercial real estate brokerage, where she assisted one of the highest producing commercial agents in the State. Eventually, Lora fixed her professional sights close to home in Park City, Utah. Lora’s experience on the Wasatch Front and in the Park City markets make her one of the few commercial agents spanning the both sides of the Wasatch. She has experience with retail site-selection, representing large call centers, office tenants and industrial tenants as well. Her responsiveness, efficiency, penchant for market research and tenacity for getting the job done right and has earned her a reputation as a workhorse in the Commercial Division.

Alan’s expertise in green/sustainable building is of benefit in analysis of existing commercial properties with respect to energy costs, maintenance and durability, as well as new construction. According to the US Green Building Council (which certifies properties in the LEED system) over 50% of new commercial construction now registers for green-certification. This trend is an emerging area of importance to the market value of real estate. Alan’s earliest professional experiences in the east involved urban and rural planning. He was among the founding first members of the American Planning Association. Politically active before moving to Utah, as an outcome of strenuous personal advocacy, he boastfully retains the pen with which the Governor of Pennsylvania signed special land-preservation legislation, involving the then-new concept of development rights transfers, now a crucial element of many real estate projects. Alan is an accredited professional with the USGBC -- the governing organization certifying LEED properties. He is a LEED AP, separately accredited as a specialist in both residential and commercial building. He is also licensed as a Certified Green Professional, and Green Verifier by the National Association of Homebuilders, and holds Green Certification from the National Association of Realtors. In addressing this growing market segment -- and current buyer/seller concern -- Alan serves as an essential resource on his own, and to the entire Prudential Utah Real Estate Commercial team. Alan moved to Park City in 1982 from the east coast, to enjoy the recreation, the climate, and the unique social congeniality of this mountain resort community. He immediately put down deep roots, serving at various times over the last three decades on the boards of many non-profit organizations, from Habitat-for-Humanity; the Egyptian Theater; the Utah Opera; to the original Deer Valley Music Festival. This strong attachment to the community ensure a working knowledge, as characterizes the entire Prudential Utah Real Estate Commercial team, of all of Park City and its planning and building principals and procedures. Individually, Alan has investment experience in real estate, having completed two historic-property restorations in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, before moving to Park City, and with residential and commercial property holdings in the Park City area. Mark Sletten is a Branch Broker and a member of the Masters of Professional Achievement of the Park City Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, Lambda Alpha International (an honorary land economics society) and the Real Estate Investment Association. Mark is a recipient of Prudential Utah Real Estate’s “Legend Award” and in terms of production is in Prudential’s “Top 1%” of more than 80,000 agents nationwide. In 2005 and again in 2007 Mark was among Prudential’s Top 100 real estate agents nationwide. Tiffany Berg is currently the executive manager for the Commercial and Development services division for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties and is a licensed agent. She has been using her specialized skill in market research, managing the marketing technology, branding and social media online/offline, and serving as a field agent and listing coordinator. With her attention to detail and organizational strengths she is an invaluable resource working with the commercial and development division. From 2003-2007 Tiffany worked in the Puget Sound area of Washington and was the personal assistant to the broker of one of Washington’s largest real estate companies. Tom Roney is involved in all operational areas of BHHS, including marketing, technology, and finance. In his role as Senior Vice President, Tom plays an integral role in guiding the strategic direction of the firm, working closely with the management team, staff, and agents. Tom relocated to Park City from Southern California in 2009, where he spent 6 years working in finance and investments. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a degree in Business Administration and the proud father of two daughters and a son.

As Vice President of Marketing for BHHS, Diane oversees all corporate and agent marketing strategy, deliverables and company initiatives. Her substantive background in real estate, medical sales, management and marketing enables Diane to implement marketing best practices to the benefit of BHHS Utah and its agents. Her track record as a former top-performing agent informs her ability to understand and meet the manifold needs of real estate professionals. In addition, Diane brings a vast knowledge of developments. She was the development representative for East West Partners for over ten years, representing over 350 million dollars of developer sales in Empire Pass, Deer Valley. Diane also assists with training, the implementation of technology, and consultations with BHHS Utah development teams.

As the branch broker of our largest production office, Michael Hebert works closely with Chris Robinson to provide technical guidance and training on the ever changing legal and technical requirements constantly encountered by Park City agents. Having been involved at the local and state level in creating many of the contract forms Park City Realtors use today, Michael provides highly accessible guidance for our agents during complex transactions - resulting in more closed transactions for those agents.
