The programme has been designed by the Office of Ethnic Affairs and aims to help workplaces and organisations increase their understanding of intercultural awareness in order to enhance interpersonal communication skills. Participants from the Public service, NGOs, charities, the voluntary and community sector or any interested individuals

$35 per person

This programme is designed to enable participants to develop more awareness of their cultural characteristics and those of others - so that they can communicate more effectively across cultural boundaries. The training focuses on using effective communication to build the kinds of relationships that lead to effective workplace interactions.
