Developments in technology means that porcelain tiles can now realistically mimic the look of Stone, Slate, Terracotta and Wood. Porcelain is an extremely dense material and therefore very durable. Tiles can be used on floors and walls, inside and outside. Some porcelain tiles will require sealing prior to grouting to facilitate easy cleaning and maintenance. SERVICES & PRODUCT INFO SALES & SAMPLE SERVICE We hope you have enjoyed browsing through our brochure and discovered something of interest. We have worked hard on the presentation of the product in this brochure, but the truth is that no reproduction can capture the precise colour and texture of each individual tile. We therefore urge you to visit a showroom where you can see the inherent beauty of these tiles first hand. If you are unable to visit a showroom, please call us to order samples, for which a small charge will be made. We sell our products through our Marlborough showroom and an extensive network of Recommended Tile Retailers across the country. RETURNS / ADDITIONS Installed tiles and hand painted tiles are non-returnable. Full boxes of other tiles may be returned within 4 weeks of order, but there will be a 20% restocking charge, so we urge you to measure carefully. As our tiles vary from batch to batch, it is advisable to keep extra in case replacements are required at a future date. For the same reason, please advise us if you are adding to a previous order so that we can do all possible to get the closest match.
EXPORT SALES We have experience in exporting all over the world and our in-house wall collections can now be seen in a growing list of countries including Ireland, France, The Netherlands, Belgium, Russia, Japan, Italy, Israel, Norway and Sweden. Please call +44 1672 512422 for further information.

DELIVERIES We deliver to our network of Recommended Tile Retailers on a weekly basis or can deliver to your door, both of which incur a small charge. Whilst we endeavour to hold all tiles in stock, occasionally there are delays in production. Please bear in mind when booking a tiler as we do not accept responsibility for lost working time in the event of a delivery being incorrect, damaged or delayed. By prior arrangement, orders can be also be collected from our factory in Marlborough. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all orders are correctly packed, occasionally errors do occur. Therefore we request that you please check goods on receipt; only damaged and incorrect tiles notified within 3 working days will be remedied.

SPECIFICATION The dimensions listed throughout the brochure may be subject to minor inaccuracies and are given as a guide only. The number of tiles supplied per metre is dependent on the size of grout joint recommended. When calculating the number of tiles required for your project, please allow 7.5-10% extra for cutting and wastage. SWATCHES Swatches of all our Floor Tiles ranges are available - size approx. 15cm. FIXING & SEALING We strongly recommend that you use a tile fitter experienced in fitting specialised tiles. Before commencing any work, we recommend that you and your fitter read our Product Information sheet, available on www.marlboroughtiles.com In particular we draw your attention to the importance of surface preparation prior to tiling, checking the tiles prior to fixing to ensure there are sufficient and that they are correct, sealing the tiles where recommended, and finally, protecting the newly laid tiles from ongoing work in the vicinity.
