He is specialized in enterprise level software product design which deals across multiple domains such as banking & finance, enterprise resource planning, aviation, trading and many others. Identified as a leader who empowers UX teams and building a UX culture within organizations, He actively strives towards evangelizing his knowledge in user experience and sharing his experience with professionals at Human Experience Organization (HEX). Marlin currently holds a master’s degree in business psychology from Herriot Watt University, UK. He is also an active member of the Interaction Design Foundation.
