Object: Logo. Sheldon. Clothing line of the ukrainian designer Ivan Sheldon.
Task: to generate a logo. About: Designer Ivan Sheldon created a clothing collection Echoes, which is devoted to an attempt of a destroyed urban world to break into a world of forests. Designer - is a stalker, the only person who can travel between these worlds, as they consist of binary oppositions and clear boundary runs underground, on the ground and in the sky.

SHELDON Wandering with the wild winds The brand name SHELDON is created by a young aspiring designer, who’s passion in mathematics, architecture and playing the drum kit has helped the designer’s aspiration in his profession. Craft and music is a definite description of a brand of philosophy & dandelion is a symbol of the brand. You can easily encourage ordinary men to another state of consciousness as simple as making dandelion seeds fly. The messenger of the brand spirit is a cosmopolitan & perfectionist attentive to themselves and the world. Specifically this idea is common for a designer, it can be proved by mans life goal – Mars colonization. We think that settlement of the human race must be spread around the Universe, like dandelion seed across the Earth.

Object: Corporate identity design. Sepsis. Ukrainian Center for Intensive treatment of sepsis. Task: development of a new corporate identity, rebranding. The idea: Logo repeats a form of molecula of silver ions crystals, which are widely used for efficient treatment of sepsis. PHARMAKON.
Object: Vinyl. Pharmakon, a solo industrial noise project of Margaret Chardiet. Underground, experimental music.
Task: to develop a design for a vinyl. Music band „Pharmakon”.
The idea: Pharmakon’s live musical act has been described as confrontational and concise, attempting to „cross the boundary between performer and audience”. Her songs are completely prearranged both live and in recordings, more focused on perfecting a sound rather than generating randomness in noise. The design of vinyl is based on multiplicity of human darkness, that is connected with spirituality. Elements of design are based on alchemy symbols, whose knowledge holds the most occult and esoteric information about human being and his unbounded possibilities. A multiple number of hands is referenced to the God of Gods in Hinduism, who is regarded as limitless, transcendent, unchanging and formless, one of the three most influential denominations in contemporary Hinduism, God Shiva. Shiva is also regarded as the patron god of yoga and arts. Format: 12 inch vinyl.

Task: I defended qualication bachelor’s thesis with the topic “Instructions on using corporate identity of the Institute of Journalism of Taras Schevchenko National University o Kyiv”. During my project for the bachelor’s diploma I created the full brand book for the Institute’s logo. The idea: The document, that was created, is a full visual identity guideline with a number of rules and restrictions intended to avoid the disintegration of the brand identity and the main strategy line of the brand and simplify the process of using the main graphic identifier of the brand in different medias. Idea: inspired by the works of a world known honored designer Romek Marber I created an animation. The main idea is his famous Penguin books covers. SOCIAL DESIGN COURSE .
Object: Social project. International Social Design Course. The subject of the course is refugees and immigrants, the role and responsibility of a designer in presenting and depicting the refugee crisis to the public.
Task: to develop a visual identity system for the international workshops. Collaborating with the designers, creating a full programme of the course.
Results: The social design course emerged 21 lectures, 6 workshops and the involved 72 students from three Art and Design Academies. The successful outcome became the number of international exhibitions attached to the social design projects created during the course.

„I live in the centre of Athens where the scene changes radically on a daily basis due to the refugee crisis. Quite often I have the feeling that we are experiencing history without being able to react. It is important that through this project both the academic institutions and the graphic design community reacted quickly to such a sensitive issue and expressed feelings and ideas in such a creative way. Our profession requires us to be ‘in the first line’ to distillate data, simplify complex issues, and communicate and spread ideas in an effective way. Here, communication requires engagement and deep thinking. This project is a great example as it shows how simple ideas and strong will of few individuals may generate inspiration for solution making and reflect a strong insight to the problem. It also responds to the prerequisites for successful communication: collaboration on multidisciplinary projects and engagement – involvement through broad approaches.” Katerina Antonaki (graphic designer, Lecturer at TEI of Athens)

SWEET HOME. Object: Social campaign built around a mobile refugee camp management game. Social Design Course Warsaw 2015. Task: to develop a social campaign, that will face the problem of refugees and immigrants and prove the situation. Work in team. Idea: The social campaign „Sweet Home” is based on game. It was created to indicate how our daily life problems are trivial to the ones in a refugee camp and make people ask the question to themselves. The game is a perfect medium for this because people tend to spend time on their virtual crops or characters even more than their own lives. At this point how much they ignore bigger problems of our world becomes unquestionable. The game could be another way to poke them from their dream. The idea of the game: player takes up on the role of an imaginary NGO that is in charge of managing the budget of an imaginary refugee camp. Camp is shown with minimalistic orthographic 3D graphics. Budget can be used for building structures such as tents, clinics, food distribution centers and providing objects such as trash bins or radios. Area for the camp is divided into a grid where every cell represents an area to build the buildings into. The social campaign is based on 3 elements: – game; – poster using created brand identity elements; – video teeser.

Object: Book. Chicago. The Musical. 1975 Broadway. Music by John Kander. Inspired by movie „Chicago” 2012 year, produced by Martin Richards and directed by Rob Marshall.
Task: to design a small book, representing the part of the musical „Chicago”, design a style and illustrations for the book. DTP. Teamwork in group of 3 people .
The idea: The part of the musical was taken: going from the song “We Both Reached for the Gun” passing by “Roxie” until the middle of the song “I Can’t do it Alo - ne” , where there are presented the five main characters of this musical - Roxie Hart, Velma Kelly, Billy Flynn, Mama Morton and Mary Sunshine. The visual style was inspired by the main idea of the song “We Both Reached for the Gun” – puppets.

MASTER AND MARGARITA. Object: Interactive comics. Inspired by the book „The Master and Margarita” by Mikhail Bulgakov.
Task: design a comics and create an animation – presentation of its future interactive version. The idea: The comics shows us almost the last scenes of the book „The Master and Margarita” by Mikhail Bulgakov: the leave of the Master and the devil who narrated them the story of Pontius Pilate. Some of the scenes and text were modified due to the individual representation. PJATK task. For the first scene were used the interpretation of my drawing „Dark thoughts”

„COCA-COLA – take the Happiness to your Dream”. Object: the advertising campaign, commercial video animation.
Task: to develop a commercial animation as a part of the advertising campaign. The commercial consists of 2 parts: video and 2D/3D animation.
The idea: Short animations telling about monsters and fears in the children’s nightmares, always ended happily with the help of the created Coca-Cola’s cartoon heroes. The campaign calls to pay attention to the problem of children’s bad dreams, that is increasing in the world, because of the ability of violence in the media and the internet addiction.
