110 M2 APARTMENT INTERIOR DESIGN
110 m2 apartment for a family with two children. The apartment was already partially arranged and inhabited, but it lacked clarity and, above all, storage space.
WORK ON PROJECT One of my freelance interior design projects. A comprehensive design included the concept, detailed drawings and custom-made furniture designs. I also coordinated the finishing works, deliveries of equipment and finishing elements.
CONCEPT The apartment has been designed in a Scandinavian style with loft elements. Bright, vivid colors stand out against the whiteness of the walls. Plants and a wooden floor add warmth and naturalness. The applied solutions brings in better functional division.
SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
A multi-discipline construction project for the Olympic Plus architectural studio. MY ROLE IN THE PROJECT I worked on the project under the supervision of an authorized architect. I was responsible for the design, negotiatios with the client and coordination of industry specialists' work.
I created the architectural concept and the architectural construction project based on it. The building has obtained a building permit and construction works are currently underway. CONCEPT A single-family house in the form of a semi-detached house is a part of a housing estate near Warsaw. It
was created for families with two or three children. The functional plan allows for comfortable, everyday use. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a kitchenette and access to a garden, office, bathroom and garage. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a dressing room and a bathroom.

SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSE CONCEPT
A concept of an estate of single-family houses. Project created while working at Open Architekci. WORK ON PROJECT I was lead in the analysis of the local land development plans. I designed the urban planning of the estate and single-family houses in several variants.
CONCEPT Small-sized houses with their own gardens were designed for young married couples as an alternative to flat in a multi-family building. Four separate houses are built on a common foundation. Each of them is turned to a different side of the world, which allows to maintain privacy both inside and in the backyard garden.
A functional project was prepared for couples with one or two children. The shape of the building clearly emphasizes the division of domestic premises. Simple forms are balanced with sloping roofs and large, irregular windows. Wooden cladding warms the whiteness of the white plaster.

MODEL MULTIFAMILY BUILDING A concept of a model multifamily house. BGKN (polish public bank) competition for "Mieszkanie Plus" government's program. Cooperation with the 22 Architekci studio. MY ROLE IN THE PROJECT My task was to design the functional layout of the buildings. I also contributed to the design of the facade, spatial development and graphic design of the concept. CONCEPT As a team we decided that the most effective in terms of lighting and apartments layout is is a point building plan. On a given plot, we designed a housing estate of five low point buildings. Each of the buildings consists of two to five-room apartments. The structural system is based on three construction trackts, which allow the apartments' layout to be modified separately on each floor.
HOUSING COOPERATIVE Master's thesis at the Faculty of Architecture of the Warsaw University of Technology IDEA I aspired to improve the today's ineffective Polish housing policy. I concentrated on the housing cooperatives as a solution. As a solution to this problem, I propose housing cooperatives. Through analyzes, I've formulated guidelines for cooperatives in terms of their form and formal organization. Basing on them, I designed a multi-family residential building that can serve the community as a housing cooperative. CONCEPT A popular practice in cooperatives is to cocreate a project with residents, so it could be tailored to their needs. The communal character is emphasized by common spaces, which serve as a catalyst for neighborly contacts. I designed the buildin to be located in Warsaw's Stara Ochota district and use a wasteland on a municipal plot. The building consists of 23 apartments. All of them have minimalized communication space and open plans. The cooperative also includes commercial spaces and a Local Activity Place. This allows financial savings of tenants and enriches the offer in the vicinity. The bending of the building's body adapts to the current zoning ordinances . Its architectural expression refers to the surrounding modernist tenement houses.

URBAN AND ARCHITECTURAL CONCEPT An urban and architectural concept of spatial development of the area surrounding Kondratowicza Street in a context of a planned section of the second metro line. For the Warsaw Branch of SARP, commissioned by the City of Warsaw. Project in the Next Miasto City group, in cooperation with Michał Sikorski, Zuzanna Smoczyńska, Katarzyna Krokos, Magda Koźluk and Bartosz Siegieda.
urban tissue compacted within a radius of 400 m from the metro station
ROLE IN A PROJECT We worked together on the concept in a group composed of architects, urbanist and anthropologist. I was responsible for data analysis, descriptions, diagrams and presenting our idea to the audience. CONCEPT In our concept, we proposed to take advantage of the subway being finally brought to the Bródno district and to create a modern urban structure around its stations. Imposing regulations on the new investments that are certain to appear in the area is the first step that would allow the district to flourish in a controlled, city-forming way. We propose to compact the urban tissue within a radius of 400 m from the metro stations and to diversify the functional program of the ground floors. The vicinity of one station would become a local center, and the other - a district center. Both centers would be connected by commercial spaces and park lane.
