Asset Manager/Property Accountant M1 Management, LLC, seeks a self-­‐motivated, highly detailed and experienced property accountant with a minimum of 3 years in Commercial Real Estate Accounting & Property Management to handle the administration & accounting of a mixed-­‐use portfolio of mostly commercial real estate assets within the urban core of Miami. Responsibilities Include: • •

Responsible for all property management related accounting Manage AR, AP, GL, P&Ls, bank accounts, rent rolls, insurance, compliance, financial reports, and budgets/variance reports, including: monthly, quarterly and annual reports Prepare regular property and partnership financial statements Work closely with CEO & Controller to prepare property budgets, loan applications and assisting in underwriting projects Year-­‐end tax prep to send to CPA firm Coordinate lease renewals and work with leasing team to fill vacant space Work with onsite property manager and maintenance crew to ensure proper property collections, timely notices, and thorough follow up with all maintenance issues Vendor & Insurance Management

Experience, Software, and Other Skills: • College Educated • Must be highly proficient in Excel and Quickbooks • Should be proficient in 1 or more property management software. Rent Manager used at company • Strong writing and communication skills in both Spanish and English important • Experience with lease contracts and all legal documents very important • Bilingual in English & Spanish Salary range -­‐ $45-­‐65k/ year based on capabilities and experience.
