My current creative output and Doctorate research focuses on passaging and pilgrimaging through ones space. After purchasing a Bowman 40 yacht I furthered my understanding of the concept to passage and that of water bound journeying. This has developed into the creation of JL Sailing-Engineering-Art, a project that provides skippered passages by myself, with like minded people, providing art residencies at sea. In 2023 I am planning a clockwise voyage around the UK and Ireland starting in April from Levington, Suffolk.
