Wash and rinse tanks. Inspect tank lids for cracks. Inspect and clean tank pressure hoses. n Disassemble meter box and wash all segments. Dry with compressed air, inspect for damage and re-assemble with generous coats of fluid film. n Check meter drive end housing, half-width disconnect and agitator shaft. Lubricate as necessary. n Check for free movement of the single/double shoot slide within the manifold. Spray with fluid film. Remove and inspect insert blanks. Inspect the primary air tubes running under the cart. n Inspect gear case for proper movement. Check oil level and lift adjustment of the speed sensor. n Inspect the overall unit for wear, cracks and condition. Including the wiring harness(es). n Inspect and lubricate primary drive chain. n Lubricate all grease zerks. n Run auger/conveyor.
