Through my Eyes If I’m being honest, I think everday life isn’t really eventful. We all go through the same motions every day. That’s why I have always prided myself in being a dreamer.
I like to look at things or situations and give them my own dramatic twist. I almost always picture scenarios where there are ulterior motives to someone’s actions, different meanings to what they are saying or a shocking twist that ends in a gut-wrenching cliffhanger. I think that this partially stems from me being somewhat paranoid. Fortunately, almost 100% of the time these delusions are fabrications of my overactive imagination. But it’s because of these illusions that make my days much more interesting than they actually are. Which makes me think that everybody’s days would be more interesting if they saw the world through my eyes.

It is a supply of questions that will never end. To every question there is a follow up question and something new to be learned.
Dreamer
It means owning the key to the imaginary word in your head where there is an infinite amount of free space for you to fly around in and create to your heart’s desire.
Restless
Being restless means being restless of the soul. For it is a restless soul that is inspired to aspire for greater things.
Passion
When you have passion for something, then it is never a chore. You will always look forward to it and it will never bore.
Drama
What more is there to say? Drama means life.
Lana Del Rey
The first Lana Del Rey song I heard was called Born to Die. From the moment the instruments started playing, something clicked in my head. The song and the music video were dramatic, over the top and brimming with melancholy. The rest of the songs on her debut album were filled with love stories. They were passionate love affairs fraught with desire, tragedy and heartbreak.
It are these elements in her music and her mysterious voice and persona that always inspire me. When I hear her music I see these love affairs flash before my eyes. I see rich cinematic scenes that overflow with despair and devotion where the lovers are doomed from the start. But somewhere beyond the doom and gloom her music is always the light that will chase the darkness away.

Logo
While designing my logo I wanted to create something that makes you look at it twice before you truly see it. I wanted it to contain a certain amount of mystery. Because a mask is not only something that conceals your identity, but it transforms your identity into something dramatic and makes you see things in a different light and perspective.
Concept name
Colour Palette
While thinking about which colour best symbolizes drama, the colour that kept coming back was the colour white. It makes sense to me because drama has the begin somewhere. To create drama you need a blank canvas on which you can paint your vision or an empty piece of paper on which you write your stories and inspirations. That’s why the pictures in my book are dripped like oil paint drops upon a blank canvas. Each dramatic scene telling parts of the same story until they come together. Because just like white brings together all the colours of the spectrum it also unites all forms of drama.
