I decided to take a series of portraits of Emma as she is the elderly lady i will be following in my photostory. She looks rather frail and alone in this image, i do feel this set in particular shows how elderly and old looking Emma has become since she has been moved to her care home from the hospital.
All these images this week were taken with my canon camera. Emma does pose in a few of these images but i don’t feel thats too much of a problem because of the way she naturally ignores the camera anyway whilst i was taking images.

In this image emma looks very crisp and in focus. I decided that i wanted to capture emmas face and i think she was mid speech talking to someone else within the home when i took this shot.

In this image emma is almost smiling, i do feel that she looks as though she is well looked after and the home shes in looks very neat and tidy. I dont feel that it looks too sterile because emma obviously is the main focus in this image and she looks although happy you can still see she looks old.
