Our BA/MAT, BA/MEd, and Education Leaders fast-track program encourage students to pursue an undergraduate and graduate degree concurrently at Mary Baldwin.

Professional Certificates for Undergraduate Students, Graduate Students, and Community Members ›› www.marybaldwin.edu/education/certificates COMPREHENSIVE CERTIFICATE IN AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDERS Offered online through graduate coursework in the College of Education, this certificate is endorsed by the Virginia Autism Council.

POST-BACCALAUREATE TEACHER LICENSURE (PBTL)

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE IN ENVIRONMENT-BASED LEARNING (EBL)

A nonresidential program for men and women with baccalaureate degrees who are seeking teacher licensure only through undergraduate coursework.

Students must complete two required graduate courses — both offered online — and two additional graduate courses that may be selected from any of the one-week summer offerings in the EBL program.

Graduate THE MASTER OF ARTS IN TEACHING (MAT) WITH LICENSURE ›› www.marybaldwin.edu/mat A co-educational graduate program designed for individuals with bachelor’s degrees who are seeking initial licensure while completing a graduate degree. A “licensure-first” option is available so that students can become licensed as efficiently as possible.

THE MASTER OF EDUCATION (MED) ›› www.marybaldwin.edu/med An opportunity for professional educators — in K-12 classrooms or other education-related positions — to enhance their careers.
