UNIVERSITY

Next University believes in the concept that “not all who wonder are lost.” Encouraging students to let their minds wonder and think critically is the way to create the future leaders and innovators of the world. This also refers to physical wandering “off of the beaten path” and throughout the variety of spaces. Next University encourages wondering by providing a variety of seating options, learning areas that encourage group work as well as individual study, and break out areas to study, brainstorm, and interact with peers. The warm color scheme of orange and yellow inspires creativity, imagination, and inspiration; while blue and green symbolizes the growth, loyalty, and confidence of not only the innovators in the space, but also of Next as a University. Next University is a place where students from all backgrounds can come learn, interact, and work together to take the next step in their professional journey to make a difference.

The first floor break out areas feature a large variety of seating. There are multiple areas for group work in the center open area as well as two enclosed areas for groups that want more privacy. In addition to the multiple group areas, there are also an area for solo work behind the cafe. No matter where a student chooses to sit they have access to a whiteboard, eno board, or wall with Write Up 1 by Design Tex.
