Lateral Liners Stitched Seam Felt Liner PU coated polyester felt with or without scrim. Avvailable in 3mm or 4.5mm thickness. Stitched seam make inversion easy. Excellent for straight lines or lines with 22 degree or 45 degree turns. Available in 3” - 12”
Super Flex Thin Very flexible 2mm thick liner with stitched seam and PU coating. Negotiates bends up to 90 degrees with minimal wrinkling. Available in 2”- 4”

Quik Shot Inversion System Quik-Shot Unit The Quik-Shot is the most advance lateral system available. Lightweight and portable and yet can continuously feed to any length. Compatible with any and all manufacturer’s lining materials. The patented design of the Unit uses air to invert lining material but is equipped with a water port if water inversion is desired. Accessories Air Control Plug Air manifold regulator control to be used when air curing your liner Air manifold for 3” and 8”
Vacuum Pump Pneumatic venture vacuum generator pump. Assist with wet-out of lining materials. A must have for any lining project.
Calibration Equipment Calibration of the impregnated liner is essential in lateral lining. This insures that the finished liner meet the ASTM specification. It also insures tha t the liner is thick enough to keep roots from returning. Both manual rollers and electric rollers are available and both give you the assurance that the tube is the correct thickness at the time of inversion.
Manual Calibration Roller Has a calibration guage on unit to insure the proper amount of resin in every liner. Stands approximately 54” height x 30” wide. Designed so it can be used as a standalone or truck mounted.
Electric Calibration Roller The Electric Calibration Roller is a stationary unit made on an aluminum stand that has 4 rollers. A crank handle allows you to adjust the gap to the correct space. A gauge is mounted on the unit. Has a short roller table on each side for ease of operation. Powered by 110 V.

Quik-Heater Quik-Heater Equipped with a 199,000 BTU propane water heater that gives you the ability to cure your liners quickly. This heater will deliver up to 180 degree water. By using propane, it can be operated inside a building. All this in a compact unit that can easily be maneuvered by one man. The Quik-Heater Comes standard with the following: 1- Water Manifold 1- 25’ Red hot water delivery hose 1- 25’ Black return water hose 2-50’ Layflat hoses Note: A smaller 122,000 BTU heater is also available.
Water Manifold Use with the Quik-Heater. The all in one heat manifold adapts to red and black circulation hoses. 8 PSI pressure relief gauge. Used for 3”, 4”, 6” and 8” liners.
Dome Head Manifold The Dome Head Manifold connects on the Quik-Shot nozzle for either heat cure or air cure.

Micro Cutter
Micro Cutter The Micro Cutter is controlled by a handle and flexible push rods. Especially designed for sewer lines with turns. A lightweight, easy to operate cutter used to reinstate service by reopening taps in the lined cured pipe or finishing off the opening at either end.

Cutting and Cleaning Tools Adjustable Clutch The clutch is used as an accessory for a drill when rotating a cable with a chain knocker on it. Tear-Aid There are two types of Tear-Aid: Type A and Type B. Tear-Aid Type A is applied to Canvas, Rubber, Neoprene, Nylon, Most Fabrics, Plastics, Sunbrella, Gortex, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Polyurethane. Type A is use with our liners. Tear-Aid Type B is to be applied to Vinyl and Vinyl coated surfaces only. If the top layer of the product you are adhering the patch to is vinyl or vinyl coated. Type B is use with cal tubes.
