You are now ready to start shopping for your new home with your real estate agent. If you don’t already have a real estate agent, we can assist with introducing you to the right person for your needs. When you find the home that is right for you, your agent will assist you with presenting an o er to the seller.

Your Offer Is Accepted

Your real estate agent will contact you when your o er has been accepted by the seller. Once this is confirmed, contact your loan advisor. They will review your purchase contract and help you choose the best program.

INSPECTION PERIOD. WHAT IS THIS?

Once your o er is accepted, as part of the purchase contract, you have an inspection time frame. It is recommended to hire a professional home inspector to ensure the home is in good condition. Once the home passes the inspection, an appraisal will be ordered by your loan advisor. This will determine the fair market value of the property.

LOAN PROCESS - FINAL REVIEW

Your mortgage team will review all loan documents and send the file to our underwriting team for final loan approval. Our underwriters will ensure we have the right program and documentation for your loan. They will confirm we are ready to prepare the loan for closing.

Get Ready To Close

Our closing team will prepare your file to send to the closing agent. The agent will then have your final documents and inform you of the amount needed for closing. Once you have signed the documents and your money has been wired, your loan will fund!
