Educator Feedback “I was so impressed with the ACT Boot Camp! The instructor gave many tips and time-saving ideas to our students. We offered the class one week prior to our juniors taking the ACT Test.” - J.C., DeSoto County Schools, MS “The students who have attended the MasteryPrep ACT Boot Camp sessions have learned testtaking skills and strategies for each section of the ACT. Students invariably tell us how helpful and informative the session is. Some of their comments include: ‘Awesome!’ ‘Very helpful!’ and ‘This program improved my confidence!’ Our students certainly appreciate the session and ask us to have it more often. My staff and I think Boot Camp is excellent! The workbooks and presentation are thorough, and the presenter we had was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We will certainly continue to utilize MasteryPrep for more ACT Boot Camps in the future.” - K.R., Gadsden State University, AL “Most of our students provided positive feedback on the boot camp opportunity. They stated that they felt better prepared for the test after completing the camp experience and that they planned to review the materials in the prep book during the days leading up to the test. In addition, most of our students felt that they now knew why they may not have performed very well on previous standardized tests. They definitely appreciated the information provided on test-taking strategies as well.” - M.P., Cumberland County Schools, NC “The ACT Boot Camp at Christian County High school was a huge success! Many of the students attended and enjoyed the presentation that was given by the instructor. Although the students came in on a Saturday morning with very low energy, the instructor was able to keep their attention with his incredible knowledge of the content material and his passion. Several of the students said that their English score will be higher on the upcoming ACT due to their attendance at the Boot Camp. One student said that she appreciated the small details that had never been brought to her attention before such as crossing out incorrect answers, leaving her with fewer options from which to choose. The Boot Camp was such a great experience for all the students who attended!” - A.W., Christian County Schools, KY “Our MasteryPrep Boot Camp was a great success! Our trainer quickly made a personal connection with the students which made them particularly attentive to her instruction. During the break they wanted to visit with her, have their picture taken with her, and begged her to come teach at our school! The tips and strategies that were taught during the Boot Camp are easy to grasp and implement. We look forward to positive gains in our students ACT scores this year!” - G.C., Philadelphia School District, MS
