PROCESSING

SAWING | DRILLING | MILLING

Easily cuts with regular carbide-equipped tools. Diamond-equipped tools are not necessary. Follow HPL processing guidelines and standards.

SCREWS

Do not use screws until mounted to MDF or plywood substrate, pre-drilling is recommended.

CLEANING & CARE

The Aria surface must be treated like a normally veneered, painted surface. Use a moistened cloth to gently clean surface.

BOND

- Commercial wood glues

- Cold pressing

- Pressure 200 kg/m2

- Follow processing notes of the glue manufacturer for pressing time.

COUNTER-PULL

We recommend a 0.8 - 1mm thick HPL as counter-pull. Unilateral mineral coating means that slight distortions cannot be excluded.

PACKAGING

Pallet/Crate, Flatpacked

STORAGE

Store dry, with foam or cardboard between sheets. Protect from frost.

RECYCLING

Product is ecologically harmless and can be recycled and disposed of safely.
