The experiences our students have as part of Lovejoy Soccer are not possible without the support and dedication of our coaches . Please join me this season in making a specific effort to express our deep gratitude for these amazing educators . We would also like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to our parents for the personal investment they make in the success of Lovejoy ISD and the Lovejoy Soccer Program This precious partnership is part of why we are One Heart One Lovejoy

Katie Kordel Superintendent Lovejoy Independent School DistrictA MESSAGE FROM DR. TRAVIS ZAMBIASI
Welcome to Lovejoy High School and the 2022-2023 Soccer Season,
We are extremely excited to watch our Lovejoy Leopards compete this year . Both Coach Keeble and Duran prepare our teams to succeed on the pitch, but they also teach the traits of leadership and sportsmanship to our soccer players . Our LHS community is ready to watch exciting matches, which will no doubt be competitive and simultaneously make us proud . Both of our teams are looking to secure their spot in the playoffs this year and have set high goals Working as a team, perseverance, and hard work will be the keys to ensuring these goals become a reality .
We are looking forward to seeing the success of each team this year, but are equally as proud of the leadership each of our coaches, players, trainers, and support staff brings to our school . The student-athletes on our boys and girls soccer teams are true examples of our Lovejoy ISD Graduate Profile, as they are intellectually equipped, open to challenges, well-rounded, engaged in a healthy lifestyle, respectful, and serve the community . These traits, paired with knowledgeable coaching and support from the community, will no doubt lead to victories in both soccer and beyond
On behalf of the staff at Lovejoy HS, we wish you the best of luck this year, and can’t wait to see your success
Roll Pards!

Chris Ross Athletic Director, Lovejoy High SchoolIAN KEEBLE - LADY LEOPARD HEAD COACH
Welcome to the 2023 Lovejoy Girls Soccer season . This is my eleventh year at Lovejoy and my fifth year as the girl's head coach after spending six years as the boy's assistant coach . In my fifth year as head coach, I plan on building on the success we enjoyed the past four years, including second place finishes in district the last two years and the program’s first playoff win in 8 years Last year the girls program finished with a record of 18-3-2, a program record for wins . Qualifying for the playoffs for the fourth year in a row, the girls program enjoyed success both on and off the field, and it is my belief that the experience of the past four years will lead to further success .
The 2023 team welcomes back 12 players, including District 10-5A Offensive Player of the Year Mia Reaugh, District 10-5A Midfielder of the Year Emma Smith, and District 10-5A Newcomer of the Year Emma Nelson . The experienced players returning will be joined by a big group of new players ready to make their own mark on the program Our team will be captained by seniors Maggie Manders, Mary Mueth, and Emma Smith . The team is full of talented soccer players, but more importantly, incredible young women who are focused and ready to achieve their goals this year and to improve upon what they achieved last year . The dedication from each player sets our program on a path to success driven by our core principles: character, commitment, confidence, attitude, and toughness These core principles are the foundation on which our season will be built on and off the field . I am excited to be a part of a program that has the desire to build on the experience and success we enjoyed the past three years .
Thank you, all the fans, especially the parents, booster club, and sponsors, for your continued support .
