Our green epoxy coated shelves and posts are ideal for dry or wet storage areas. Each shelf and post is constructed from heavy-duty steel with a zinc plated undercoating. We then apply an optimal thickness of green epoxy to ensure long lasting performance, even in the toughest wet environments. Chromate finish & black epoxy shelves and posts are for display and dry storage areas.
Strength Each shelf up to 48" (122.0 cm) in length is rated to support up to 800 lbs. (363 kg) of uniformly distributed weight. Shelves longer than 48" (122.0 cm) support 600 lbs. (272 kg).
Speed Posts are grooved in 1" (2.5 cm) increments and are double grooved every 8" (23.3 cm). To make assembly even easier, posts are numbered every 2" (5.1 cm) for faster reference.

HEAV Y DUTY SHELVES
Heavy-Duty Shelves with Wire Mats Dunnage shelves offer considerably more weightbearing capacity than other Focus shelves. They can be combined with other Focus shelves to provide extra strength at the lower levels of a shelving unit where the heaviest loads will be placed. The 36" (91.4 cm) length shelf has a 1,600-pound (727 kg) uniformly distributed static load capacity, the 48" (121.9 cm) shelf holds up to 1,300-pounds (591 kg), and the 60" (152.5 cm) shelf holds up to 1,000 pounds (455 kg). Removable wire deck (5/16" / 8.0 mm) fits over reinforced 1" (2.5 cm) square, tubular frame and lifts off for easy, thorough cleaning. Chromate Item #
