LEED CERTIFIED BUILDING The buildings are designed in accordance with the LEED Gold standard and their energy efficiency is rated A+. Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a rating system devised to evaluate environmental performance of a building and encourage market transformation towards sustainable design. LEED Gold certification ensures that the construction and operation are in accordance with ‘green construction’ principles paying particular attention to the use of natural resources (energy, water and light).

EXCELLENT LOCATION AND GREAT TRAFFIC CONNECTION The Matrix office development is located in the new business district in Zagreb, at the intersection of Slavonska Avenue, Heinzelova Street and Radnička Street. With great transportation infrastructure, it is accessible from many roads and key locations. There are bus and tram stations nearby and it can easily be reached from any direction. Each office building offers 272 parking spaces: 241 parking spaces in the underground garage and 31 parking spaces outside at the north side of the building.

Svaka poslovna zgrada ima 272 parkirna mjesta: 241 mjesto u podzemnoj garaži i 31 mjesto na otvorenom parkingu sa sjeverne strane zgrade.

A ramped entrance into the underground garage is also located at the north side. Each Building has bicycle parking spaces, dressing rooms and shower facilities.
