Personal Information I was born in Lomma, raised in Staffanstorp and I have spent the last 7 years living in Lund. Growing up I was active in a multitude of sports such as floor ball, football, table tennis, Judo, shooting, skate boarding and swimming. School has always been a strong focus of mine and I enjoy learning! My friends see me as extremely ambitious, efficient, social and creative person, where process is one of my strong points. I engage 100 % in things I do and take pride in doing so! I carry out my work in a calm and focused manner and I easily get along with people. I really enjoy digital tools and techniques, which I also control well. The Skane flatland undoubtedly shaped me and created an early fascination for nature. My special affinity with nature has followed me throughout my architectural education in different scales of interest. It has been about local, native materials and explorations in assembly, structural qualities and visual possibilities. In my Master’s Project I explored how architecture can learn from nature’s structure and metabolism. In this way it challenges the idea of sustainable building in reference to site, scale, materials, design, production, assembly, management and disassembly. Based on William McDonough’s book Cradle-to-Cradle; Remaking the Way We Make Things (2002), I investigated how specific, local conditions can be maximized and utilized and old strategies and building methods converge through new materials and technology. Ultimately it was about how far one can push the idea of a building being able to safely degrade and at the same time meet modern demands for comfort, function and aesthetics. Today I live with my American born girlfriend who is also an architect and about to graduate from Georgia Institute of Technology and move to Lund in the spring. My free time is spent with friends and family or with my dear guitar.

Content Cradle2Cradle, Master Degree Project (Year 5, LTH, Tutor Christer Malmström) In my degree project I explored architecture and how it can learn from nature’s structure and metabolism and in this way, challenge the idea of sustainable building in reference to site, scale, materials, design, production, assembly, management and disassembly. Based on William McDonough’s book Cradle-toCradle (2002); Remaking the Way We Make Things, I investigated how specific, local conditions can be maximized and utilized and old strategies and building methods converge through new materials and technology. Ultimately it was about how far one can push the idea of a building being able to safely degrade and at the same time meet modern demands for comfort, function and aesthetics. Genome Research Center (Year 4, Georgia Institute of Technology, GA USA) Genome research is a fast growing industry with genetics and doctors anticipate a sea change in genetic diagnosis of diseases in the next decade. A genome center addresses several interdisciplinary challenges such as communication, growth, intellectual property and increased public outreach. With flexibility and modularity as a method this proposal tries to meet these demands as the gene industry quickly changes. I had the ambitions to embody and exemplify everchanging technology of the genome industry and the ambitions of a changing Atlanta. I do so with different systems of dynamic parts. Louvers on the façade track the sun and pods working as supporting lab spaces follow a secondary system. The proposal has been influenced by early research in virus’s basic life cycles. Wooden House (Year 2, Lund School of Architecture, LTH, Lund, Sweden) In the citadel of Landskrona lie the oldest allotment gardens in Sweden. Initiated by the king - Danish for the time - the citadel was built in 1549. The site had a military defensive role through the centuries and in 1870 the existing allotment gardens were built. My idea is to build a small sauna/reading sanctuary that can serve all squatters and which can connect the gardens to the ocean line. The two are to day separated by high grass and stony landscapes but is in my proposal bridged by a floating dock. This also emphasizes the journey through the landscape which is an important feature in the surrounding gardens.
