Knafeh Bakery, conceived and operated by The Bearded Bakers (TBB), is an Australian-based business known for its pop-up shops and delicious Middle Eastern-inspired dessert. After years of perfecting its food theatre, which TBB has coined to describe the performance associated with preparing each knafeh order, the business is now bringing the concept to Dubai’s Keturah Reserve with the opening of ‘Knafeh at Keturah by The Bearded Bakers.’

Knafeh at Keturah, located in Keturah Reserve, is a rooftop experience with stunning views of the city. Inspired by the highline lounges of New York, the space is made wholesome with the addition of a Mediterranean landscape surrounded by Keturah Reserve’s olive trees. The Bearded Bakers will be serving their signature dish, Knafeh, as well as Arabic ice cream, Moroccan tea, and homestyle lemonade.
