Mixed-Use Experience
The project was divided into two parcels, north parcel and south parcel. There is a public sports park on the north end providing a variety of sports facilities for the public. The two high-rise premium residential towers residential towers have great views to the sports park and into the large central plaza. The office tower provides generous terraces on every floor for tenants to enjoy the views and green outdoor space a few steps out of their office.
We designed an elevated pavilion hovering over the core of the central plaza called the “spaceship” to provide a place to host events, and to centralize the entertainment zone. We also designed large scale upper-level platforms around the central plaza for people to just hangout and enjoy the relaxing environment in our project.
In the south parcel we developed the Wide Horizon Headquarter office tower. Our design features large terraces on every floor for users to enjoy the views and green outdoor space.
Overall, we want to combine the enjoyable landscape design and our unique building design to create a new shopping experience. It will also be convenient and comfortable for people who live and work here in this one of the kind mixed-use complexes.
