Labor to design and build website New websites will be built with web based application (WordPress) Allows content to edited anywhere with internet access Existing websites will be rebuilt using any application desired from client Will migrate to WordPress application if desired Content and all related media to be provided to MJC Inc. from client Not limited to any specific number of pages or media provided by client E-Commerce or other related "specialty" builds not included in $495 price MJC Inc. can build and implement any media desired upon request Any additional media desired from client will be quoted before built Does not include minimal charge of web hosting or new domain name if required and will be quoted before building the website Does not included populating or maintain any "new" content after initial build MJC Inc provides any and all services and will be quoted to client if desired Website will be built in the order of the first (10) clients Website can be built and accessible within (24) hours of all necessary content provided to MJC Inc. by client A deposit will be required of 1/2 the price after all agreed services and price to start and the balance due upon completion and the satisfaction of the client.

One hour of training will be provided to client after the website is built providing all the basic knowledge required to add content or access information MJC Inc provides computer tech services for all software and hardware desired by client and will be provided upon request
