Every Matthew McCormick piece is hand-inspected for quality and attention to detail (and we obsess over the details). Sometimes, we find minor shortcomings in a finish or material. While these pieces do not make it onto our shelf, we put nearly perfect pieces aside at a discount because nearly perfect is still beautiful.
Our Nearly Perfect Sale has become an annual affair at Matthew McCormick Studio. While we cannot guarantee what and how many items will become available, we typically include a limited number of tradeshow display and discountinued items in the mix. Get them before they’re gone!
FAQ
• Every item will be tested and verified prior to being sent/picked up. All sales are final.
• Clients will be provided detailed photos of their selected pieces. If a purchase is requested, clients are required to review and sign Terms and Conditions related to the Nearly Perfect Sale.
• Payment options: All major credit cards or wire transfers are accepted.
• Shipping charges apply for all orders that are unable to be picked up from our Vancouver warehouse at #460 - 425 Carrall Street, Vancouver BC, V6B 6E3.
• Single C1 pendants may be combined into larger configurations. Please inquire about option, noting that some configurations will require an additional upcharge.
• Nearly Perfect fixtures will be sold complete with necessary pendants/lamping, driver(s), canopies, etc. required for a full installation. Any modifications are done at the buyer’s risk and expense as they do not qualify for warranty. Installation with a certified electirican is strongly recommended.

CASCADIA
An homage to nature and its effortless beauty, the Cascadia pendant takes its name from the Canadian Cascades’ white-capped mountain range and organic flow of waterways. The distinctive opaline glow of Cascadia’s proprietary, hand-crafted LED glass retainers and solid brass fitting hides its technical precision through an aesthetic of simplicity and a pureness in design.
