Section - 1:50 As per clause J1.3, roof consists of a typical metal cladding system. Insulation must provide a total R-value of 3.16 to achieve the minimum R-Value of 3.7 Service space provided throughout ceiling. It is of note that a ring main service system has been utilised within each level due to the curved nature of the building. As per clause F1.1, a stormwater drainage system has been provided in compliance with AS 3500.3. As per clause C2.9, the storage room of class 7a Type C must be separated from the class 9b, type A construction above by a floor with an FRL of at least 120/120/120 Compliant Stair provided in accordance with AS 1428.1 As per clause C2.9, the ceiling above the Class 6 giftshop requires an FRL of 180/180/180.
