Located in the International Airport, Sydney, The design, consisting of ten retail stands, captures the topography of the harbour inlets as seen from the air. Just as the harbour foreshore is different in every spot, so too the curved timber display stands are each unique in shape, height and size.

Material studies were undertaken and constant communication with the local builder was also conducted.

My role was to translate this initial inspiration into the spatial program, diagrams to communicate the ideas to the client, and the overall forms that were to be built and detailed as joinery pieces.

Lend Lease Melbourne Quarter Role: Principle Designer Design/3D/Digital Modelling year: 2015 Location: Melbourne, Australia Status: Concept

This project is located on Collins Street, Dockland, Melbourne. Collins Street is a major street in central Melbourne, running approximately east to west. It is traditionally noted as Melbourne’s main centralised and best known street.

Melbourne Quarter is the gateway of a new and dynamic Collins Street Precinct. The orientation of the Collins street entry draws visitors from Spencer Street Station and reinforces accessibility and Collins Street address. The focus is to the North East and the established Collins street end of town.

This design was proposed for the Evergrande Ocean flower, an artificial island in Hainan, China. Evergrande provided us with five different existing floor plans, expecting a more interesting facade design. I was in charge of creating facade options for two of the floor plans. I provided a total of five options, two of which have been chosen for stage two.
