A Cornish twist on the classic French Tart. Belvedere Grapefruit Vodka tarted up with a rosemary infusion and Spanish Gin Mare to create a savoury, citrus base. Topped with Cornish Sparkling Rosé for a refreshing finish and garnished with fresh rosemary picked from Boringdon’s herb garden.
