Intern at Precept July 2013 – August 2013 At Precept, I worked on live briefs for the agency’s clients, including assisting the brand development project team for SpecifiedBy. I produced a new design scheme and logo for the brand’s identity.

Intern at Bel Valves, British Engines June 2018 – July 2018 On the design department, I applied my CAD knowledge to learn Creo; a piece of software that is used in part and product design. I further increased my knowledge and experience of a fast-paced office environment and the delivery of tender packages within tight deadlines. Front of House at The Scullery, Pier Point July 2018 – September 2018 My Summer job with The Scullery was another opportunity to develop my teamwork skills. As I was already experienced, I delivered excellent customer service and took on multiple roles each day. Architectural Assistant, Corstorphine + Wright North East September 2018 – May 2019 My job as an Architectural Assistant primarily involved CAD work for the design of construction projects, as well as concept/design access statements and other administrative tasks. Prior to the merge, I made edits to the website using SquareSpace and since the company merged I have assisted in rebranding projects and relevant documents. Claim Handler, Teleperformance Tyne River House. August 2019 – Present I am currently employed as a claims handler for an insurance administration company. Our goal is to deliver a premium service to our customers while meeting targets set by our clients. My output is observed daily and we receive feedback in the form of quality scores and coaching, as well as customer satisfaction surveys where people are encouraged to describe their experience with an agent. My observed quality scores are high and I receive very positive feedback from customers who praise me for my efficiency when dealing with their claim.
