Our team will listen to your needs and address your criteria for a house and neighborhood, then search for properties that fit those specifications. We will set up appointments for showings, preview properties, and monitor the market as new listings become available. With the use of programs like Pictometry we can preview a home and neighborhood before an appointment is even scheduled to save you time.

MARKET DATA

Market data is determined by many factors, including the availability of similar properties at competitive market prices, location, condition, and most of all the price that a knowledgeable buyer is willing to pay. You will be provided market data to help you establish an offering price.

PURCHASE OFFER

There may be additional considerations besides price that are equally important in structuring the purchase offer. The terms and conditions of the offer and possession date are likely to be factors when an offer is made. We will help you prepare a strong offer that will get accepted.

NEGOTIATING

When a purchase offer is made, the sellers may be concerned with certain aspects – including the ability of the purchasers to fulfill their agreement, the terms and conditions of the offer, the breakdown of closing costs between buyer and seller, and even the motivations of the prospective new owners. Our team will structure a negotiating strategy that will create the desired result – a new home.

Many things occur between signing the purchase offer and moving into a new house. We will attend to every detail and keep you in touch with the transaction every step of the way. basis that meet your needs. 3. If you need a lender, I can make recommendations, or I can work with your personal lender to get you “pre-qualified” in writing, which will make your offer stronger when presented. 4. I will work closely with agents in my office and all my peers at their offices to find you a home before it hits the market, so you are the first to know about any upcoming listings. 5. My team and I will preview any homes that we think might be a good fit, so your time is not wasted on properties that do not meet your criteria. 6.

I will schedule appointments of suitable properties for your viewing.

7. I will provide you with updates on market activity in the neighborhoods that interest you, and I will review 
current market conditions and find specific information on the home you would like to purchase. 8. We will determine, together, what the lowest realistic price of your future home will be by researching comparable neighboring homes. 9.

I will help prepare your offer to purchase and provide recommendations and support.

10. I will leverage my experience, wonderful peer relationships, skills, creativity and thoughtfulness to bring the negotiations to a favorable conclusion.
