Matthew has led and participated in Consultant Coordination processes, on a range of complex and very large Projects, and is experienced in all issues to do with timing and management of consultants across all consultant scopes. Matthew is also experienced in engaging Consultants, and can prepare detailed scope and workflow documents to underpin contractor engagements.

Matthew can quickly and easily, review and control a range of projects at various stages in the various cycles, to identify issues for resolution, opportunities for improvement, and resolution of functional parameters.
