 Right now, it’s Monday morning. I’m feverishly cranking out this manual on my Mac from my local coffee shop here in Vancouver, BC. I’m trying to get this out of my brain and onto paper asap. There’s so much I want to share with you today.

 Just checking my stats here… Over the weekend, I raked in $9,723.00 online. Pretty good considering. (No, I didn’t make it from participating in some Internet marketing guru’s big product launch. I did it the same way I’ll teach you how to do it--today.)

 You’re probably wondering how I made that money. I’ll share that in a moment but for now, just know I have “cash machine” strategies in place that make me money. Here’s the cool thing: These cash machines don’t require me to do much of anything.

 Yeah, these cash machines run on autopilot. Once they’re set up, they’re good-to-go. They’re not necessarily “push button” solutions, but each strategy IS success-certain and highly profitable. So I don’t have to do ANY of the heavy lifting.

 Why should you devour this manual? Last year, I made almost $3.8 million dollars. Truth be told, I made that in several different ways online. But--all of them you can do as well.

 I’ve perfected these cash machines. I’ve made them so simple that almost anybody can do them no matter what walk of life they’re from… no matter their IQ… no matter their age or education.

 Not to boast, but the majority of money was made while I traveled around the world. I love traveling. They say a man who hasn’t traveled, is like buying a book and only reading one page.  I answer to no one, except myself. I don’t own a business. No employees report me. I consider all that “stuff” a waste of time, money and emotional drain. It just gets in the way of making money and living the lifestyle I choose. You see, I’m into something I call...

Step #2: Understand Why People Fail Miserably At Internet Marketing... Maybe right now you’re just getting started online. Maybe you’ve had meager success to date. Maybe you’ve worked your ass off and haven’t made a dime online. I know the reasons why. They’re all easily remedied and we’re going to do that today.

Right now, I want to share with you why most people fail at Internet marketing.  Chasing Too Much Opportunity: There’s just too many ways online to make money. Too many things you can profit from. In fact, there’s so much opportunity, the majority of the time it paralyzes people. It confuses people. They don’t even see it coming. Opportunity is a good thing. However-chasing too many different opportunities is bad. They try to do everything. I call it the “chasing too many rabbits” syndrome. My grandpa once told me “he who chases too many rabbits catches none.” And then when success doesn’t come, they get discouraged, start blaming everyone except themselves and quit.  Too much information: The second thing that holds people back is there’s too much information. 13

It’s called information overload or information overwhelm. The result is people spend the vast majority of their time “learning,” and not enough time “doing.” You can’t blame them. When there’s too much opportunity and too much information, the combination is deadly to your bank account and your lifestyle. These “twin time bombs” ultimately lead to paralysis. And that drains your bank account little by little each day.

 Lack of Trust: There’s another problem, and it touches all of us online. It’s becoming increasingly difficult to know who’s information you can trust. It’s not necessarily that people have bad intentions. The Internet changes every day, and some things lose effectiveness. Yet, reference to it remains online. For instance, I’m sure you’ve seen the changes with Google, Facebook, Bing and Yahoo. And this will only escalate in the future. That said, you do have to be careful. Even when you see “reviews” of various products, they can be misleading. An author may have vested interests for and against. For instance, a person may be a competitor of a specific Internet marketer posting disparaging information about his rival. That doesn’t seem fair, but it’s done every day. Or an affiliate posts all sorts of reviews about how great a particular product is, without people realizing he’s getting compensated to say those things. So it works both ways. 14

 Trying to Learn All the Technologies: The last thing (and it’s probably the biggest obstacle) is this -- a person squanders their time and energy trying to learn the technicalities and complexities of making money on Internet. If ever there was a deal killer, this would be it. What a waste of time.

It’s unfortunate, but people new to Internet Marketing are forever thinking they need to learn the black arts of SEO, PPC, Photoshop, HTML, yada, yada, yada... the list goes on. What a time suck! It would take me the better part of two hours if I had to do it myself. But with fiverr resources, I can get it done while I’m doing something else. Usually in the same amount of time. But you can leverage other things as well. The whole idea is to do as little as conceivably possible while getting the maximum benefit. Now that doesn’t mean you need employees. It doesn’t mean you need to pay expensive salaries. Much of this can be done for no money at all if you have the reputation and relationships and technology in place. These four cash machines I’ve just shared with you consistently generate money for Coffee Shop Millionaires. Definitely more than the salary of a small business owner. Now the question is will you get rich off of them as well? Maybe. Maybe not. That depends more on you and your ambition, more than the actual cash machines. Again, it’s about the mindset.
