Every step is performed by specialist personnel using the most advanced machine tools punching presses and robotic bending and welding stations. Gruppo Ravelli believes that advanced technological research is a strategic incentive for the company. This is why the company invests considerable economic and human resources into research and development, creating new prototypes and developing the most advanced ways to perfect already-existing technologies. Der komplette Produktionszyklus erfolgt betriebsintern auf einer Fläche von 14.000 m² zur Garantie einer konsequenten Kontrolle jedes einzelnen Ablaufs. Sämtliche Arbeitsschritte werden von Fachpersonal mit modernsten Maschinen durchgeführt, wie zum Beispiel Laserschnitt, Stanzzentren, Biege- und Schweißroboter. Der Ravelli Konzern sieht in der zukunftsorientierten technischen Forschung einen strategischen Hebel für das Unternehmen. Deshalb werden enorme wirtschaftliche und menschliche Ressourcen für Forschung & Entwicklung aufgebracht, um neue Prototypen zu erstellen und den bereits vorhandenen Technologiebestand durch noch fortschrittlichere Errungenschaften zu modernisieren. Die Produkte werden im Prüfraum auf ihre Zuverlässigkeit, Sicherheit und Widerstandsfähigkeit nach Prüfverfahren getestet, die auf die Verbesserung ihrer Leistungen abzielen.

Nel 2013 Ravelli inaugura il nuovo polo logistico, sito a Coccaglio a pochi km di distanza dalla sede aziendale. All'interno del nuovo polo logistico le stufe a pellet vengono accuratamente imballate e stoccate, così da essere pronte per la spedizione in tutta Italia e all'estero. Il polo logistico Ravelli ha una dimensione 10.000 mq e dispone di due bocche di carico che facilitano la movimentazione delle stesse. Grazie al nuovo polo logistico è stato possibile ampliare le linee produttive dedicate alle stufe a pellet all'interno della sede principale, così da far fronte alle crescenti richieste della clientela. In 2013 Ravelli opens its New Logistics Center, located in Coccaglio, a few miles away from corporate headquarters. Im Jahr 2013 weiht Ravelli das neues Logistikzentrum in Coccaglio ein, das etwa ein paar Kilometer von der Firma entfernt ist . In dem neuen Logistikzentrum werden die Pelletöfen sorgfältig verpackt und gelagert, damit diese fertig für die Lieferung in ganzen Italien und im Ausland sind. Das Ravelli Logistikzentrum hat eine Größe von 10.000 Quadratmetern und verfügt über zwei Ladeneingänge, die das Handling erleichtern. Dank dem neuen Logistikzentrum war es möglich, die Herstellungslinien für Pelletöfen in unserem Hauptsitz zu erweitern, um die wachsenden Anforderungen der Kunden zu erfüllen.

Tutte tranne una: la linea dedicata alle termostufe e caldaie a pellet, che merita un’esposizione dedicata al primo piano. Questa unicità è legata alla centralità del prodotto Hydro e della nuova sfida che vedrà coinvolta la Ravelli nel concepimento di sistemi di riscaldamento integrati. Im Erdgeschoss wurde eine sorgfältige Ausstellung unseren Sortiment mit allen Produkten jeden Kategorie eingerichtet . Alle Produktskategorie ausser eine : die Wasseröfen und Pelletkessel haben eine speziale Ausstellung in der ersten Etage . The combustion releases the same amount of CO2 as the quantity absorbed and developed by a tree during the growth and the natural decomposition in a forest. The combustion of pellets, therefore, does not increase the CO 2 quantity of the atmosphere. AMBIENTE, IDEE ECOLOGICHE L’altro aspetto molto importante del pellet è il contenuto ceneri: la legna da ardere non presenta solo il problema del contenuto acqueo (<40%) che ne abbassa drasticamente il potere calorifico ma anche quello del contenuto di corteccia ed impurità varie. La maggior parte del pellet di buona qualità presente sul mercato offre dei contenuti ceneri inferiori all’1% del peso totale e di acqua inferiore al 10%.

Un autre élément très important du pellet est la composition des cendres: le bois présente le problème de contenir une grande quantité d’eau (à peu prés 40%) qui baisse drastiquement la puissance calorifique, sans compter l’écorce et autres impuretés. La plupart des pellets de bonne qualité présents sur le marché offre une quantité de cendre inférieure à 1% et d’eau inférieure à 10% du poids total.

The other important aspect of the pellet is the content of ash: wood not only has the problem of water content (<40%), which drastically lowers down the calorific power but also the content of bark and various impurities. Most of the pellets of good quality in the market offer an ash content of less than 1% of their total weight and of water less than 10%.

The thermo-chemical and product specifications of pellets far exceed those of wood chips and logs in terms of both quality and uniformity. Il sistema esclusivo per le stufe canalizzate, l’RFS, garantisce un controllo diretto sulla diffusione di calore nei diversi ambienti, per ottenere la temperatura ideale. The exclusive system for ducted stoves, the RFS, provides a direct control on the diffusion of the heat in different rooms, to achieve the ideal temperature. This important result was achieved thanks to the new ducting philosophy that eliminates the loss of air quantity, keeping always the maximum performance of the fan. The new ducting system is more efficient than the traditional one because we have eliminated the loss of air. This new system has allowed us to develop the new software to control the ducting system that is to say the RFS.

L’exclusif système pour les poêles canalisables, le RFS, garantit un control direct sur la diffusion de la chaleur en différentes pièces, pour obtenir la température idéale. Ceramic tiles are the result of the perfect balance between earth, water and fire, brought together by expert craftsmanship, perfected during the centuries. Its value comes from the fact that it is produced following a fully traditional method. Each part has its own characteristic imperfections, which make it unique and unrepeatable. A new era of pellet stoves - you will only need to empty the ash pan once every two weeks and clean the glass once a week. The new DON'T TOUCH system and the new software changed the functioning of pellet stoves entirely. The system was also used on INTEGRA 28, the new pellet boiler, the closest to a gas boiler. This model is in fact equipped with all the technology necessary to make it simple to use a pellet boiler. Automatic tube and hearth cleaning with an immediate power on-function thanks to a new ceramic start system, ash compactor, ash collection trolley and a touch screen control panel - these enable the control of the whole functioning of the boiler and postpone maintenance for long periods of time.

Il grande vantaggio di questa tecnologia è sicuramente il confort e, in particolare, il silenzio. Tramite il moto convettivo è stato possibile eliminare la ventilazione forzata, garantendo standard di silenziosità elevati. Natural convection is the most ancient of heating systems, which uses the difference in temperature to move air, thus levelling the temperature in every room of the house. This phenomenon is particularly accentuated in the SOFFIO and ARIA stoves, as the body was designed to guarantee the maximum possible circulation of hot air and so work better than traditional ventilated pellet stoves. The great advantage of this technology is the high comfort provided and the fact that they are extremely silent. The high standard in terms of noise levels was possible to achieve by eliminating forced ventilation thanks to convective motion.

Die natürliche Konvektion ist das älteste Heizsystem, das die Temperaturunterschiede ausnutzt um die Luft in Bewegung zu versetzen und damit die Temperatur in den verschiedenen Räumen der Wohnung gleichförmig zu verteilen. Bei den Ofenmodellen SOFFIO und ARIA ist dieses Phänomen besonders deutlich, da der Ofenkörper besonders entwickelt wurde, um die maximale Zirkulation der warmen Luft sicherzustellen und so bessere Ergebnisse zu liefern, als herkömmliche Pellet-Öfen mit Ventilationssystemen. Der große Vorteil dieser Technologie ist sicherlich der Komfort und ganz besonders die geringe Geräuschentwicklung. Durch die konvektive Bewegung war es möglich, die unterstützende Ventilation zu vermeiden, und so einen niedrigen Geräuschpegel zu garantieren.

Il pellet viene fabbricato a partire dalla segatura vergine residua dalla lavorazione del legno, opportunamente essiccata e pressata in modo da ottenere piccoli cilindri di varia grandezza. Grazie alla capacità legante della lignina, una sostanza naturale contenuta nella legna, non è necessario aggiungere alcun tipo di additivo, per cui si ottiene un combustibile naturale, ecologico e ad alta resa.
