This Labor Day, Mauna Lani presents the culinary celebration of the summer. Featuring the talents of award-winning chefs, mixologists and sommeliers from NYC to Hawai’i, the inaugural Mauna Lani Culinary Classic connects friends and neighbors through world-class food and drink.

5:30pm: The Culinary Classic VIP Reception & Dinner, featuring seven courses by Bruce and Eric Bromberg, Ti any Derry, Jose Garces, Stephanie Izard, Shilpa Uskokovic, Jonathan Waxman, and Andrew Zimmern. Presented by Moët & Chandon, Belvedere and Volcan Tequila.

Ipu Workshop with Holoholo Kids Crew

World Ocean Day

Honor this annual celebration of our natural resources and join us for several activities to learn how you can do your part. Start the morning by joining us for a beach clean up and follow with a resin workshop creating resin-made products using recycled micro-plastics from the beach clean-up - led by Alice Birnbaum, Founder of A.B.Seas. End your day of ocean-friendly activities with a screening of "My Octopus Teacher" at Hale 'I'ike.
